messed up my order and added a coleslaw when i said exchange it with bread. I also asked for a sandwich but gave me just tenders and fries.

Drive thru was backed up so I went inside and ordered . I was surprised that i got it within 5 minutes.

Stopped by for our usual 3 Finger Meal.
The drive thru was slower than usual, the team members are always friendly.
The meal was fresh & hot, we have noticed tenders are not as big? The last couple times we noticed the same thing, Canes definitely has reduced the size of the tenders. The price hasn't changed.

I went to your website to send a message and kept receiving an error. Sometimes I get Canes and its amaziiiing, to say the least. Everything tastes good. Other times I get it and the chicken is not even edible. I quit going back to Canes for a couple years because of this, it was happening alot and it was a waste of money. I just recently started going back this was my 3rd time. The first 2 times were good. This time I had to throw my food away. It really sucks getting your food and only being able to eat the bread, some fries and drink the drink. The chicken is gross and its just not edible. Please fix this... I know other people this happens to as well and its just not right, it would be 0k if this happened once in a blue moon but it happens alot and at several different locations. Ok well thanks for hearing me out and I hope there becomes a solution. When its good, my family and I really enjoy Canes!

Spent $17 and couldn't get a glass for water,pathetic. Manager was rude with me, and yeliing at employees.

No greeting, & spend minutes in lobby before being acknowledged, every time. Need to get rid of the fake food products, high fructose corn syrup, etc.

Ordered 4 piece meal only got two pieces chicken an honestly it was all gross anyway. Waste of money.. don't knock it till you try it everyone is different an their tastes for things

There were different sized chicken strip combo meals. And a chicken strip sandwich combo. The combos com with toasted bread, chicken strips and crinkle fries and Canes sauce.

For a place that only does original chicken, it shouldn't take more than 5 min for the drive through to move. I still trust it more than church's chicken across the street though.
