Can't seem to get a simple request for no onion correct, which is dangerous because I'm allergic. If you can't accommodate you need to let people know so they can order something else. Otherwise food is great!

People who move away dream about their famous steak sandwiches...
Went in, ordered. Was told 15 min. Waited for a couple min, mng and cook were cursing and complaining about there job LOUDLY. I left to run an errand, 20 min later food not even started, waited another 15, nothing, once again was told there putting topping on now, took about 10-15 min, was handed my food, it was COLD, don't even think it was cooked! Handed the sandwiches back said I'm not paying for this, don't want it. Mng said I had to wait, didn't know how to refund cash.... I said it was 21.50 get in drawer and give me my cash back! About another 5-10 min finally got $left...placed order on main st. Went picked up, they were great and apologetic. Nilles needs work on the training of there employees because it was absolutely horrible.

Good steak sandwich, great dill pickles, BUT Every Time, we order LIGHT onions and EVERY-SINGLE-TIME, they slather the sandwich with absolute mounds of potent stinky onions.‼️😡 All we want is a tiny bit. So Everytime, the car reeks of onions. We check the order tag. It says LIGHT. But no, millions of onions that have to be taken off, and thrown out OUTSIDE in that trash can, they reek so bad. And then we have to scrub out hands. I do NOT want to buy an onion and par cook just a few strands of it at home. I just want a FEW pieces that they could easily just put on our sandwich. .It was so bad one time, our daughter and son-in -law were reeling and we had to throw all wrappers outside, all onions, and literally AIR out the car, and launder our clothes they were so strong, so over applied, and so many. LIGHT means frickin LIGHT. NOT let's see how many onions we can cram on this one sandwich. So now, after years and years, it is no longer possible to order ANY onions WHATSOEVER, because you people refuse to listen to us or believe our request. Not everyone likes those hot white stinking over-powerful onions!😳 Ridiculous that you can't ever get our order correct. ‼️So one more chance. There are other sandwiches in town.

They gave me tje wrong sandwich and said it was my fault. Total BS. Wasnt even cooked right and had 1/2 the onions as normal.
