Good steak sandwich, great dill pickles, BUT Every Time, we order LIGHT onions and EVERY-SINGLE-TIME, they slather the sandwich with absolute mounds of potent stinky onions.‼️😡 All we want is a tiny bit. So Everytime, the car reeks of onions. We check the order tag. It says LIGHT. But no, millions of onions that have to be taken off, and thrown out OUTSIDE in that trash can, they reek so bad. And then we have to scrub out hands.

I decided to host my daughter’s first birthday party here last minute of 50 plus people. The whole renting the room/ planning and communication piece was SO EASY. So different than other places. Chance and the other gentlemen in charge were AMAZING and super sweet. The food was brought out on time and set up perfectly. The price is unbeatable.. they let you decorate however you’d like. I totally understand that it was Valentine’s Day and heart pizza is a big deal but I ordered online 2 days prior and when I got there they were slammed which once again was understandable when I had to wait for my pick up order but the reason for the 3 stars is because when I got home in the bag marked Greek salad there were only 2 breadsticks inside . I had already driven home . Very disappointed since this was my first time trying Richards
