Extremely disappointed in service and quality. My daughter purchased a cake for my birthday. She was so upset when she got home and said the employee was very rude. Plus, for $45 the cake should have been better. Chocolate should taste like chocolate. It was more mousse than cake and the mousse may as well had been water. No flavor whatsoever. Never has a chocolate cake gone to waste in this house between my kids and all our guests. And for as small as it was (for $45 I could have gotten a large sheet cake) that is pretty pathetic. You need better employees working with your customers and baking. We won't recommend and will not be patronizing this business again.

Unpopular opinion but I feel like Servatii's is overrated in some aspects. Love their pretzels but dislike the beer cheese. Their donuts are good but I believe they're a little overpriced. I love the box of little cookies with icing on them. The staff is always very nice and helpful.

One of my boys favorite places. I'm a dad of 3 boys, they genuinely get gitty if I say we are going here. Salads and breads are always a good choice.
Always a great experience, don't sleep on their sandwiches, the Philly is very good. Service is spot on. The bakery selection is very good and always delivers.
