I stopped in after a long day of getting work done on my car, ordered a chicken bacon ranch burrito, ?? and after I got home it was a skyline burrito deluxe, not the chicken bacon ranch burrito, so I called to complain, but the workers said that I didn't order the right food item and refused to refund me or exchange it,, so I threw it away, and the burrito was actually very small,looked like they just threw it together,and for $8.79 it wasn't worth it, this is the first issue ever with this skyline,, and to simply refuse to fix your mistake.. c'mon smh...

My experience at Skyline on 747.. They are like family oriented and so friendly & treat u like familyAlso.. And skyline is my favorite restaurant of all..Just loves my skyline.. Best tasting ever.. I could eat 24/7.., I really honestly could.. My mother is 93We go at least a few days a week.. She loves skyline so much.. I know not to ask where does she want to go to eat because it is SKYLINE...THANK YOU SKYLINE..

We were told that Skyline Chili was an important stop in a Cincinnati experience and I can confirm that it was a positive experience for me. We got the Cincinnati chili and a chili dog. While I was taken off guard a bit by the sweetness, we found that a few dashes of Tabasco really added to the food. Our server was an older man who was very kind and the service was fast. Definitely friendly on the wallet too ?

First time in a new city and I heard this was the place for chili!! They did not disappoint one the food!!! The service was slow!!! But the food was great!
An older gentleman was our server. We were pleasantly greeted as we came in, service was prompt. He was an excellent server, making our stay a good experience. As always, food was very good.
There's just about nothing better than Skyline Chili.
