The employees at this store need to be retrained. The manager also needs retrained. My drink is made incorrectly at least twice a week. The first drink had no sugar free vanilla The second had the wrong milk. They were not busy and it isn’t rocket science. These employees are just lazy!

Came to pick up my birthday drink and the people who helped me out were so sweet and made me feel so special! One had short dark hair and one had bright blonde hair with straight across bangs. Thank you guys so much! 💗

For one month I visit there. I would get sandwiches and a small drink. The sandwiches are very unpleasant the chicken jalapeños was not so pleasant the turkey 😕 the team there seemed cohesive however the products are not good.

Just tried the Gouda bacon whatever the hell that thing was- just wanted something different from McDonald’s in the morn, but McDonald’s actually tasted better. There was no flavor aside from a little smoky flavor coming from what they say is bacon. No flavor w/ the egg, cheese, or the bread! That was the first and last time. I also stood at the counter while 4 people was in drive thru & not one acknowledged me. It was until the girl who was on her phone while filling up ice, came & took my order.

I usually go to the Jungle Jim's. Their drinks are always the bomb. Here, there are variations in how the drinks taste. I'm getting an idea of what not to order. I hate to ask for remakes cause I don't want to beone of those types of people. But heck, a cup of coffee is $7. However, they've appeared to be quite cool when I've asked.
