I ordered a delivery order. EVERYTHING IN MY ORDER WAS TERRIBLE! I tried calling the restaurant to voice my problems with this order, from the delivery to every item on the order!! No I forgot, the CC cookies were edible. But not what I expect from subway, and someone answered the phone that can barely speak English!

IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE 10 STARS I WOULD. ADD ATTITUDE AS SOON AS I SAID I HAD A COUPON AND FOR WHAT I ENDED UP PAYING FOR TWO SANDWICHES I COULD HAVE PAID FOR A FAMILY OF 3 TO EAT OUT AT A REAL RESTAURANT.THEN WHEN I SAW THE TOTAL I COULDN'T BELIEVE MY EYES.THEN WHEN SHE SAW THAT I DIDN'T ADD A TIP BECAUSE I COULDN'T AFFORD IT BY THE TIME I REALIZED HOW OVERCHARGED THAT FOOD WAS, THEN SHE GOT A NASTY ATTITUDE IT WAS A SMART ALEC WHEN I ASK FOR A CUP OF ICE WHICH I WOULD HAVE EVEN PAID FOR BUT ALL SHE GAVE ME WAS LIKE A CLEAR DIXIE CUP WITH ICE IN IT. NOW I KNOW WHY THERE WAS NOBODY IN THE PLACE IN THE MIDDLE OF RUSH HOUR/DINNER RUSH. WHEN DOES THE NURSE I GOT TO SIT THERE AND WATCH HER COUGH RIGHT OVER TOP OF THE SANDWICH AND ALL THE TOPPINGS FOR EVERYBODY ELSE'S SANDWICH. AND I'M IMMUNE SO I GUESS SHE THOUGHT SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE EXCEPT FOR THAT AND THAT THEY CHARGED ME AN EXTRA $15 BECAUSE THEY WON'T TAKE COUPONS.(WHICH IS THE ONLY REASON I EVEN WENT THERE TO EAT IN THE FIRST PLACE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT SEEM TO LIKE THEIR CUSTOMERS EVEN BEFORE SHE KNEW I HAD COUPONS. HOWEVER THAT'S JUST HOW I FELT BUT I COULD TELL AT THE END WHEN I TOLD HER TO KEEP THAT LITTLE CUP OF ICE CUZ SHE WAS TRYING TO BE A SMART ALECK BY DOING THAT, AND THEN ALL THE SUDDEN SHE CAME OUT FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER IS IF SHE WAS GOING TO ESCORT ME OUT LIKE I DID SOMETHING WRONG TO HER BY TELLING HER TO KEEP THE ICE BECAUSE SHE WAS MAD THAT SHE DIDN'T GET TIPPED AFTER COUGHING ON MY FOOD AND EVERYTHING. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE ACT LIKE THIS THAT ARE TRYING TO RUN A BUSINESS BECAUSE I WOULDN'T TREAT SOMEBODY LIKE THAT THAT I JUST LIKED LET ALONE SOMEBODY THAT I'M TRYING TO GET THEIR BUSINESS,I MEAN MY GOD. AND FROM THE OTHER REVIEWS IT DOESN'T SEEM LIKE I'M THE FIRST ONE TO HAVE THIS KIND OF EXPERIENCE & I HIGHLY DOUBT I'LL BE THE LAST. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE THAT I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER SUBWAY AGAIN FOR THE REST OF OF MY LIFE UNLESS IT'S ACROSS THE COUNTRY AT LEAST A THOUSAND MILES AWAY BECAUSE IF THIS IS HOW THEY RUN SUBWAYS I DON'T WANT NO ANYTHING FROM THEM AND THEIR FOOD IS WAY OVERPRICED AND I DON'T KNOW HOW FAMILIES ON A BUDGET CAN'T EVEN AFFORD TO EAT AT OTHER RESTAURANTS BUT MY GOD SUBWAY? SERIOUSLY I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE AMOUNT OF STARS BECAUSE I WOULD GIVE THEM THE WORST POSSIBLE REVIEW I COULD EVER GIVE A RESTAURANT AND I'VE NEVER EVEN LEFT TO REVIEW FOR A RESTAURANT BEFORE. IT RUINED MY ENTIRE NIGHT AND THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. I COULD HAVE MADE BETTER AT HOME FOR A 10TH OF THE PRICE & IT WOULDN'T HAVE TAKEN MUCH LONGER. OH AND DON'T ASK FOR ANYTHING EXTRA IF YOU DON'T WANT HALF THE BOTTLE OF WHATEVER IT IS ON YOUR SANDWICH. AND I COULD ALREADY THAT'S HOW THEY WERE THE KIND NOT TO SAY NOTHING TO BECAUSE SHE HAD CAME OUT FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER AS I WAS PULL WELL LET'S JUST SAY BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU'RE IN THAT AREA BECAUSE PEOPLE WILL LIE ON YOU WHETHER THEY'RE A WORKER AT A FAST FOOD PLACE OR THEIR SWORN TO PROTECT YOU AND THEY CAN RUN YOUR LIFE IN 5 MINUTES AND NOT CARE NOTHING ABOUT IT IN FACT THEY'D PROBABLY BE HAPPY ABOUT IT. I KNOW YOU'VE BEEN AROUND THINGS LIKE THAT YOU CAN SMELL IT FROM A MILE AWAY WHEN SOMEONE'S ABOUT TO MESS WITH YOU AND THAT'S WHAT I FELT LIKE IT WAS ABOUT TO HAPPEN TO ME AND I DON'T NEED MY CAREER TO STORE BECAUSE SOMEBODY IS UNHAPPY THAT THEIR BUSINESS IS TANKING BECAUSE THE WAY THEY TREAT PEOPLE AND THE CARELESSNESS THEY SHOW WHEN MAKING OTHERS FOOD AND DON'T HONOR ANY DISCOUNTS OR COUPONS ON TOP OF IT. THEN EXPECT YOU TO BE A HAPPY CUSTOMER? MY ADVICE WOULD BE JUST NOT TO EAT IN FAIRFIELD AT ALL BECAUSE THE SAME PEOPLE BOUNCE FROM RESTAURANT TO AND THEIR BAD DAY CAN BECOME YOUR NIGHTMARE AS THEY REALLY WANTED TO BECAUSE NO MATTER WHAT THEY WILL LOOK AT YOU LIKE YOU'RE IN THE WRONG IF SOMETHING HAPPENS NO MATTER HOW INNOCENT IT MAY BE IT WON'T SOUND IN IT BY THE TIME THEY GET DONE WRITING IT UP. I had a terrible experience.. an older Indian decent lady was very rude & nasty to me.. was told they do not accept coupons. When asked to put two different cheeses on my sandwich was told "no" this has never been an issue at any other subway they always give you two slices of cheese an you can choose two different kinds of you want. Received my sandwich I forgot to ask to toast it.. I asked if it was she said no you need to ask when ordering I stated I forgot but I wasn't asked or offered.. she then states " we don't need to ask unless it chicken or philly" very nastily.. I understand I should have asked so partially my fault but to be honest Im pretty sure every subway I have ever been to always ask.. then when I received my sandwich it was very little olives or banana peppers.. it was a complete waste of money an then to be disrespected was not worth it.. it's convenient in Fairfield but it really is worth it to drive a few extra miles to get decent services...
