Are you serious?
Worst subway ever. If you can't speak or understand English, I don't think you should be running a restaurant. Poor customer service. Terrible at listening. Don't eat here. The one American dude there should be wearing a helmet. Subway should revoke their franchise license.

Be aware they are scamming, you, they are not charging you. The tax, but a 15% for their tip automatically is deducted out of your order, which is a manipulative tactic. I was not charged the taxes that I should have been, but instead a forced to be placed in a situation that makes them give them a 15% tip be precautious of this place. This is not a franchised owned, nor Will you get the franchise benefits on the app? And the sandwich was nasty
I ordered online and came to pick up my order. When I got home, I found that the sandwiches were NOT what I ordered (yes, I should have opened the packaging before I left, but we should be able to expect accuracy). I called and Tina said they will remake them and to come pick them up. I told them I couldn't be there until later, since I had no time and needed to return to work, in which they agreed to make them around 5 when I could arrive.
I got there a bit early at 4:45 and the sandwiches were ready at the pickup shelf. I noticed they were cold and the employee admitted they had been there since noon or so, so they lied and didn't make them at the agreed-upon time. These sandwiches had mayonnaise-based sauces on them and could get someone very sick. They agreed to remake them, but were out of the ghost pepper bread. The proper sandwiches were remade (sans the correct bread), but didn't have the extra ingredients that we requested.
I'm not returning here again. This place is now a joke to me and the wife, in which we say we're traumatized every time we see a commercial for Subway.
I only gave two stars because they were willing to remake them, even though it still wasn't just right. Tina needs a lesson in proper food handling as well as listening. The Subway at 4820 Dixie is just as bad. Perhaps they are managed by the same people.

I have been to this subway twice recently and both times I'have had the best subs made, the workers were very nice, and made great sandwiches,, I usually get the footlong tuna, on Italian herbs and cheese bread, pepper ?️ jack cheese, with lettuce, pickles, mayo, and jalapenos, and extra tuna,, and I get a bag of Doritos to crush up and put on my sandwich,,sooooo gooood...it's like a tuna sub with a kick ...you should try it ...

Says they close at 9 but closed at 7 last Sunday. Still charged me the amount but didn't make my food be cause they closed early without any sign or update. Told me in order to return my money I had to call customer service and would get it in 2 weeks. Attitude the entire time of telling me as though I was intervening them closing early. Poor service. Poor employees. Do not suggest going here ever.

They are not reliable you can not count on the time they say they open or close. They close their store down early. They wasted my time in my gas. Terrible customer service.

The restaurant feels dated and could be cleaner. Parking is easy. The food is good, but not always as fresh as other locations. The service is friendly.

received coupons in mail, I live just over one mile from this SUBWAY, drove there, place empty, 2 employees, I placed order, presented my coupon was told "we don't take coupons" I said "you are SUBWAY"? she just repeated they don't take coupons.food was edible but, lettuce was wilted & at bottom of the pan, not fresh in a long time. That will b my last subway, plenty other options.

I regularly order subway for our company but after my last experience at this specific location, I wont be ordering here again. They were just sitting around eating food listening to music with little care that guests were waiting in line. Then while ordering, the veggies they had were gross and old looking with no others to chose from. Finally, when I asked for a sauce for my sandwich, the man acted like he couldn’t give me any and sat there and laughed looking at his buddies when I asked again. The three of them then sat around with confused looks on there faces as I sat there bewildered as to what was so funny. Subway should be embarrassed to have this branch. My company will not be going here again and I suggest others do the same.

The staff was friendly for the most part. The sandwich was mostly bread with a thin layer of meat and toppings. Not impressed.
