we walked in at 8:40 we were not helped until 8:47. when the worker finally walked out she didn’t even acknowledge us. she stated “i’m not a happy camper right now” and then she’s walks out from behind the counter and examines the floor we just walked on then said “for reference we close at 9… i already took the sign off the door” then huffed and puffed like we had ruined her night. i understand we were “those people” but when you work in the food industry you do not treat customers like that. completely rude and unprofessional.

Went in and lady rudely yells lobby is closed before 7 pm . She is yelling at the young man making the sandwich’s and she told us he was new but gave him no words of encouragement.sandwiches got mixed up on one gentleman’s order and he said forget it just give me what’s there and she yelled again at the new guy that she didn’t care what the customer says he needed to chase down that sandwich . She ran out the door and brought it back in and said here’s his sandwich expecting this man to take it after it already left the store and came back in the store opened . The new guy was great but she needs to learn how to talk to people and treat the employees . I’m not sure why a business would keep someone so rude and hateful. I work in retail and that treatment is not acceptable .

I placed an online order and I was watching the lady named Carrie make the sandwich and they were putting green peppers on there and I asked her not to put them on there. I did say maybe I clicked the wrong thing. She put her hands in my face and said ma’am can I please just do this myself and was extremely rude to me!! The gentleman at the register was extremely nice and apologized for her!!! I will NEVER come back!! The customer behind me even made a comment to her saying ma’am she’s just trying to make sure her order is correct! Soooooo rude!!!

The last that works in there was very rude, said she needs a day off, complaining about her job to customers and then when I ordered one of my subs she had a attitude because she hates making that one she said. Personally if making sandwiches is so hard for her maybe she should work somewhere else.

Awesome staff, the two ladies were amazing with my order!
We arrived at 6:30 pm, as we walked in my wife and I noticed the chairs flip up on top the tables. We asked the bearded wonder working there can we dine-in he no we'll be closing soon. I asked what time do you close. He said, 9:00 pm. We walked out and went next door to Hothead Burritos who were also open till 9:00 pm. We dined-in and it was great. Not all Subways are rude to their customers, just this one near Ross, Ohio.

They really should change there hours to closing at 8:45, several times I thought I was on time and wasn’t, Google says that they are open and they are not and what made me write this review was I am not the only one who pulled on the door to find that it was locked. There were two others behind me. Maybe it’s just a rant I don’t know, but I run a business and my business closes at five and that means that I will take care of customers until 5 o’clock and after if I have to,

Workers were rushing people out of the store. Threatening to pull customers out of the bathroom so they can clean an hour before closing. Using the same towel to clean the trash and tables with.

Had a coupon for 2 sandwiches for $12.99 and got up to the counter to pay and was told we no longer take coupons. I now had to pay $19 for 2 sandwiches.
