Pathetic. So I waited over 10 mins in a clear lobby and no cars in the drive thru for my order that all 3 workers were in the back chit chatting. I have multiple drinks and the guy just puts them down on the counter and walks away. No carrier. Like wow. Inconsiderate. Poorly trained. Not even thinking about the customer. Coffee is made HORRIBLY. Regret even coming here this morning. Terrible workers that I will NOT be back to deal with.

We ordered 2-3 slushies....waited 30+ minutes. The staff were more focused on the drive through then the people in the lobby waiting for food. No one was at the counter. Lobby was getting full and they were not paying attention.

I was here with my church group after a night of worship, we were not aware that they closed their doors at 9 pm, our mistake, one of the workers then began to yell at us for being in there and being loud, i then checked google and it said dine in does not close until 2 am, i would like some sort of compensation for my bad experience!

Nice update on the inside. You can "plug in" at this store while you have food. Everything was hot where it was supposed to be, and cold where it should've been. It was made fresh in front of us. Service was professional and courteous.
I wished the app would of worked to get my points. Food was fine but portions seem a lot smaller than when I was younger
