I would give The Dip six stars if I could! I grew up in Fairfield and every single time I go to The Dip I leave with a smile on my face. Their ice cream is delicious, their service is unmatched, and every single person who works there is so sweet and helpful. We've actually made it a tradition to get their banana splits every first day of summer :) I also HIGHLY recommend the PB Treat and the Black Cherry Flavorbursts. Also, I'd be remiss if I didn't give them a huge shout out for COMPLETELY saving my St. Patrick's Day today! To the woman with the St. Patrick's Day earrings who made us those delicious shamrock shakes, you went above and beyond! Thank you.

We always have a good experience. I usually get the turtle sundae. Today I got the strawberry smoothie. Killer! My girl got the chocolate shake, I tried that was well. Very good:)

Delicious, affordable, and awesome staff. My partner and I love the dip! They have a bunch of flavor options as well as menu options in general - they even have food like hot dogs or burgers if you need something filling before your sweet treat!!

worker was very short and rude to me after i didn't know my order came out. that's because my order came out incorrect. worker continued to be rude after i politely pointed out the mistake. extremely saddening because the ice cream here is good.
