Visiting from out of town. My wife loves old spaghetti factory and was very excited to have it on our visit. They did not disappoint. Her pasta was phenomenal, spumoni was offered and served with speed, and the waitress was very caring, and attentive.

The side of broccoli I ordered was a small and a much larger portion than expected, refills were offered before drinks were empty, and we felt very valued and cared for the entire experience.

Hostess was less than helpful, had to complain after waiting over 30 min to be seated, sat us and walked away, after sitting for another 15 min without any waitress even acknowledging us, we pointed this out to the hostess who obviously couldn't care less. This dinner was well on the way to being a terrible experience when another waitress (not the one that was even supposed to be working our table) made eye contact with me as she was delivering drinks to a separate table...

My husband took family out to celebrate my birthday to one my favorite places. I don't know exactly what happened,but I was very disappointed this time. Our appetizer garlic bread with cheese, barely any cheese on it,hard and warm. Then our food came out and the same! Our food taste good but it was like luke warm. 200$ bill. Just was not up to par this time. They were not busy at all.
