Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I’ve tried their smoothies 3 times and hated them all. They taste like frozen flavored ice. That’s the only way I know to explain it. Better off continuing to make my smoothies at home or sticking with smoothie king. I’ve given this place several chances and they constantly miss the mark

Drive thru takes so long nothing should ever take this long. 10-12 minutes per vehicle is insane for a tropical smoothie… what is going on????

We've been here about 4 times and each time we notice that our smoothies seem to be lacking flavor compared to the other smoothies we've got from other Tropical Smoothies in/around the area. I feel like they skimp on the add ins, resulting in smoothies that taste like shaved ice. We always go to this store before we go to Jungle Jim's in Fairfield but we're going to give it another shot in a couple weeks and see if there's any difference. If not we'll have to start going to a different one. I don't want to spend $7 for basically shaved ice.

The food was okay, but I paid for an extra side of sauce and they didn’t include it in my order. When I asked for it, they tried to charge me again although I had already paid. They were rude and have no customer service skills. I won’t be back and I don’t recommend.

Tasty but I did a mobile order. They had my food ready but had to make my smoothie. No other customers in the store. Worker looked confused on why the smoothie wasn't made yet. Not sure is the cheese and chicken dilla is really worth $7.30 as it's quite small with not a lot of filling

We came in with a pretty large group and even larger order and the staff was wonderful! They made one smoothie wrong and just gave that to us and made another - too notch! Love the breakfast cali flatbread! Everyone also enjoyed their smoothies!

Food is good however TWICE I’ve ordered and paid for extra topping on my bowl and did not get them! I’ll be making my own from now on. I refuse to pay over $13 for a bowl that doesn’t have extra portions! Oh and they never smile, real bland no customer service skills
