Do not order Doordash from here. The food is either not ready or if it is, you'll wait there staring at your pickup bag for 5 minutes only to have the manager tell you to wait for the cashier to give it to you in the middle of lunch rush when there is only one person working up front. Management does not care about Dashers or other food delivery drivers. Poor, rude customer service.

If you use the drive thru be prepared to wait. Inside is nice. I visited twice in the past few months. I never had any issues with quality of food. I did notice one disturbing situation. The front counter was a young girl. She took my order. Then went to the dining room to clean. The grown adults in the back were yelling at her multiple times. It was weird honestly. She looked sad. Grown people bullying minors is hella weird.

The wait was eternal, I watched at least one person get tired of waiting in the drive thru line and drive off, and two people inside got refunds and left. We had already paid through the app or we might have done the same. Once we had our order and got home, we find that they had given us someone else's receipt, and forgot one of our chicken nuggets and fries. The fries we DID receive were stone cold and they gave us butter for our chili instead of the sour cream we asked for, as well as forgetting the spoons for both frosties.

The cashier was really nice , the place was clean as well but I asked for two well done singles with cheese ? & a few more items. $22,00 order and BOTH singles were cooked medium there was no rush & no customers inside but us. I was sooo UNFORFILLED. they offered to remake it but I felt that if you didn't take the time to do it right the 1st time w/o pressure, there was no need to remake.I won't be returning. Ever other aspect of the place was nice

I think I will come to this Wendy's from now on. I had a single with cheese and it was the best one I have had in the Hamilton/Fairfield area. My friend got the new item loaded nacho Burger and he said he liked it except for some crunchy things inside. I had the fries and Frosty and everything seemed fresh and as usual..fast service. The lady taking our order at The counter could have been a little friendlier and she didn't seem to know about some of the foods that were served. Other than that minor complaint we will definitely be back.
