Awful experience, was served attitude when I first arrived and their frosty machines were down so they only offered soft drinks, I paid $5 each for those frosties !!! And when I asked if I could get cookies as well to make up for the 2 missing frosties they said no since we got the soft drinks. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT…

I stopped by on my way to work, before 7:00 am and the breakfast potatoes were cold. How in the world are the potatoes colder than it is outside before 7am. Thats unacceptable, when you havent been open an hour.

The old lady working here is a manager but she was kind of rude charging me 50cents for a sauce when I asked her if it wasn’t included on my meal, beside that I asked her If working in food with a coat full of HAIR was professional it is disgusting 🤮 this is the most nasty Wendy’s I ever been avoid it if u can

I ordered a chicken ranch wrap and was really disappointed because there was barely any cheese or lettuce on it. When I went back around to ask for a little extra on the side the manager Destiny came to the window with an attitude and asked what my problem was. I explained that there was not much on the wrap and she told me that is all they are supposed to put on it and that if I wanted more I would have to pay 30 cents. For something they hardly put on to begin with that is ridiculous.

Thankfully another manager who seemed higher up came over and told her to just give it to me which I appreciated but the whole interaction with Destiny was unprofessional. Being snobby and argumentative with customers over 30 cents is not a good look especially when the wrap does not even come close to looking like the photo they advertise. If that is really how it is supposed to be served then corporate needs to step in because it feels like false advertising.

When is something going to be done about this restaurant, I complained to corporate and never got a response. HELLO CUSTOMERS WE DO NOT HAVE TO SPEND OUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO PATRONIZE WENDY’S AND WE WILL GET TOGETHER SOON TO DO BLACKOUT DATES!!!!
…and don’t hesitate to report them to the department of health when they serve you under cooked food especially pink meat. It’s absolutely disgusting how this location alone treats their customers.

My order is usually correct, but not always hot. I used to be the GM for the original Brookwood Wendy's. As a former Wendy's manager, I expect excellence! I am forgiving of mistakes, they happen, but can be corrected properly with genuine empathy and sympathy. Poor attitude and luke warm food are unacceptable! There are a lot of reviews that agree with me about cold food, service and employee attitude. What's going on Drew? Have you stopped training and demanding the best from your employees? That's not the Drew I remember. I'm just a customer now, but that makes me your boss. I'm surprised that this is acceptable to you. Get it together bud, I know you're better than this!

I came through with my son and husband got 2 7$ biggie bags along with an Ice cream for my son we sat and sat at the window waiting for our other drink because we only got one . The man working seen us I waved him down he came up to the window didn’t open it looked straight at us and just picked up his phone we honked 3 times until someone finally came we asked for our drink instead of the man making the drink he went into the back and grabbed a rude ass lady with pink short dirty hair we once again told them what was wrong at this point of course we are annoyed it’s A SIMPLE DRINK THAT WE PAID FOR she got rude so my husband got rude then she shut the window in his face not trying to give him his drink so I got out the car and told them we are simply trying to get home and feed our son she opened it back up and told us we are never allowed back there which honestly if it takes someone 10 minutes to get a drink I wouldn’t come back either way at the end of the day everything could have been avoided if they did their job without trying to accuse someone for trying to get a free drink lol but I will say you have people like that working for you stores gonna go to shit 😂 but thanks again for showing us how Wendy loves to say they have a job but not actually work .
