Seemed like they fast cooked my burgers. Got back to hotel room and they seems 3/4 cooked. I ALWAYS order cheese on my burgers but found no cheese on my burgers. I love me some White Castle, bit wont visit this location again

The food tasted fine but the extra of what I ordered was forgotten. Stood around about 10 mins before being acknowledged at the counter, person who took my ordered seemed annoyed since she was doing something else at a closed register.

Half my order was missing.

I’m a patient person. But I put in an online order… I was the only customer there… and somehow half my order was missing. When I went back, I had the pleasure of arguing about the order. Then I had to tell them what was missing… because the kitchen didn’t know that they just didn’t make 8 breakfast sandwiches? The bare minimum is “read the list & deliver it as it reads.”
