Today I was at summit Mall and had gotten some food from here. I was over charged on my card. My receipt amount is $8.89 and was charged $10.67 on my card. Didn't notice until I got home. There's no reason on earth i should have been charged 2 different amounts. For those who are paying with it would be more appropriate for the card machine mounted on the counter. I strongly recommend paying with cash NOT card because there is too sketchy places out here.

The food was tasty in flavor and the counter service was friendly, but the bourbon chicken had pieces of very hard chicken in it, as if new chicken had been added to an old batch of chicken and the old batch pieces had turned into shoe leather. The chicken stir fry with green beans was very oily and the sauce had separated. It would probably have been a good idea to ask how long ago the food had been prepared. I would have given the food a 4 if it had been fresh.

Well where do I start… Wasn’t let known before that they didn’t accept cashapp, after spending $33 and it confirming that it went thru, and my bank also confirming it. Then we were told we that there was nothing they could do about it. They refused a refund and scammed us out of $33. DONT recommend going to this place ever, they are scam artist that don’t show any appreciation for their customers. Also their food is a level above Taco Bell in my opinion, worst experience in a long time. Do better.

Asian Chao is a delightful surprise tucked in the heart of the food court. The orange chicken is so delicious it could make a panda do a happy dance. The people behind the counter are very friendly. If you're in the mood for a tasty adventure that won't break the bank, Asian Chao is your ticket to flavor town.
I only gave four stars instead of five because i was requested to provide a tip when I paid via credit card. While the associate was very helpful, their job consisted of putting food in a container and filling a cup from a soda fountain.

Stopped in for a quick bite, I remember this being very good. Not anymore. $8.59 for a small scoop of Chicken and broccoli. Entirely to much "fried" rice. Also a bottle of water. Chicken dish had 4 pieces of chicken the size of a quarter, broccoli that was way over cooked. And red peppers, who does this? The rice was colored with soy sauce that you could taste. The water was $1.89 that is $4.28 for 40 bottles at Sam's club.

Amazing food and service. Always reliable to taste the same great taste for almost over a decade or more. Quick and easy in the mall. Their orange chicken is so good I'm surprised they never opened another small takeout place somewhere else. Staff is always kind. All negative reviews are wrong or mega outdated. Been coming here since I was a young kid before teen years and now I'm all grown up. Happy to keep eating here 🩷
