Layla was absolutely amazing! I have never been to this restaurant ever before and she walked me through the menu, gave both her opinions and the most popular dishes, and always checked up on us! I never had to call her over or ask for refills/ taking dishes away. I wish ever server was like her!

There was a wait when we arrived, but it didn’t take too long to be seated. This location appeared to be pretty clean with friendly staff. Now on to the food..
A few of the options we requested were not available, so we had to find alternate items.

Appetizer: Mac n cheese couscous bites…these bites were cooked perfectly with very little excess grease. It paired perfectly with the sauces they provided. This was shareable as there portion size was appropriate.

Drinks: the blueberry sour was not my cup of tea. It tasted like straight liquor while the blueberries had the consistency of the bubblegum that is at the bottom of snow cones from an ice cream truck. Definitely expected better with how expensive it was. Will not order it again. My husband ordered an imperial stout and had no complaints. Coke and water were fine.

Main meal: We ordered 2 ribeye steaks with sides cooked medium rare. They were cooked appropriately and melted in your mouth. My husband had garlic butter and blue cheese added as a topping to his, which created a savory taste. The portion is overabundant and would probably benefit from offering a smaller portion for a lesser price for those who can not finish a 14oz. We both had to ask for boxes. Our biggest complaint with the steaks? The fat could have been trimmed a bit more as there was quite a bit.

Sides: the brussel sprouts with siracha was not a favorite. It was highly disappointing that there is an upcharge for the sprouts when the flavor was lacking, and this is coming from someone who obsesses over sprouts. The steamed broccoli you couldn’t really go wrong with. The steamed vegetable variety had good flavor to it. Add some garlic butter to it if you want something extra. The white cheddar mashed potato turned out being a decent selection as well as the potato did not taste like instant.

Our server: it did not appear to be super busy on our waiter’s side, but we are not sure what all he had going on. It took some time to clear the appetizer dishes, which honestly wasn’t a huge deal. What did get frustrating was asking for a Coke 3 times before receiving it and waiting about 20-30 minutes on a water refill even though we had it on the edge of the table with our appetizer dishes. He did however bring the water without us asking. He had walked past our table multiple times without checking in about refills or the wait time with the food, which ended up being about 45+ minutes. He was pretty sociable and friendly even though we had to wait. He was prompt with bringing our boxes and check.

Pros: Premises clean, steak cooked properly, friendly staff. Large selection to choose from whether food or drinks, some vegan and gluten free options if desired

Cons: a bit pricey, portions too large, food wait times too long, drink refill took multiple reminders, many options not available when we ordered even though we were not told initially they were out or not available.

Side note, our server did tell us they had a few servers not show up which made it slightly busy when we questions about not receiving our refills.

We have no pictures for reference.

From start to finish, Lexie turned what could’ve been a regular dinner into one of those nights we’ll be talking about for a long time. The service was beyond incredible — warm, genuine, and truly thoughtful. She made sure every detail was perfect, from the moment we sat down until we left. Even when our friends ordered three pounds of wings (yes, three pounds) and a Diet Dr Pepper, Lexie handled it all with such grace, never missing a beat.

What stood out most was how personal she made the experience feel — like we weren’t just customers, but guests she genuinely cared about. She anticipated everything we needed before we even had to ask. It’s rare to come across someone who can make a busy restaurant feel like home, but that’s exactly what Lexie did.

We walked in hungry, but thanks to her kindness and amazing service, we left with full stomachs and even fuller hearts. Servers like Lexie are the reason we keep coming back. She’s truly a gem, and we can’t wait to be lucky enough to sit in her section again!

On top of everything, if your team gives out recognition pins, Lexie has truly earned every single one: Teamwork, Service, Respect, and Attitude — she lives them all, every shift. You can tell she cares deeply not just about her tables, but about her coworkers, the flow of the restaurant, and making sure everyone has the best experience possible. Her positive energy is contagious, and it uplifts everyone around her. It’s rare to find someone who so naturally balances kindness, professionalism, and excellence — Lexie is a true asset to your team and absolutely deserves to be recognized for it.

Lexi is a 6’7 G. TS was so gurt. Chimpanzini bananini couldn’t wa wa wa better. No but fr she was amazing and at no point was anything pmo. And after that pizookie, I was happier than a chopped chin. Give Lexi a raise Fr. Give her the pin, she deserves it.

Lexi, I would've dehydrated lest it be for her attentiveness to our large table. Not once did I feel undervalued or overlooked, Lexington, you granted my one wish. A beautiful BJ's meal experience.

From the moment we sat down at BJ's, Lexi was on it. She greeted us with a smile and didn't even bat an eye when we ordered a mountain of wings – a full three pounds of them! She knew we meant business. It wasn't just the speed, though. She had this knack for knowing exactly when we needed something, like a tower of extra napkins to deal with all that saucy goodness or a refill on our drinks to wash it all down. Those wings came out perfectly cooked and piping hot, a glorious sight to behold. Each flavor was distinct, and they were crispy just the way we like them. But what really stood out was her personality. She was friendly, made some good jokes about our wing obsession, and just seemed like she genuinely cared that we had a good experience. Seriously, Lexi turned a regular dinner into an unforgettable wing night. If you go to BJ's, ask for her section – especially if you're planning a similar wing adventure! She deserves a raise!

I had a server named lexi this past week and had an amazing experience. There was not a moment that went by where I was in need of additional service she was on the top of her game and was genuine and sweet on top of that! I want everyone to experience the kind of service I experienced on this random Friday night.

I don’t know what kind of magical training BJ’s gives their servers, but Lexi absolutely crushed it. I’m talking Olympic-level service. She appeared with drink refills like she could sense thirst telepathically. She recommended the perfect meal like she moonlights as a psychic. And then—THEN—she told us to get the Pizookie.

I wasn’t ready.

One bite and I saw my childhood, my future, and possibly the meaning of life. Lexi knew. She knew.

In all seriousness, she was warm, hilarious, on top of everything, and made dinner feel like an event. I’ll be coming back—and requesting Lexi like my night depends on it. (Because honestly… it kinda does.)

Lexi did an amazing job with our big group!

They had my family wait 40 minutes for a table that they told us we were going to be ours after the people that were currently eating were done. Then after the people left the manager split the tables. And told us that we can’t not have the table we were waiting 40 minutes for.

Olive Bukle

Waited 40 minutes for a table to open up only for the manager to split the table saying he can’t put another party in that section. When we requested to speak with him he walks away to put 2 other tables together before coming to talk to us saying “he’s hooking us up” gesturing with his hands. It was dismissive and patronizing. After waiting for a table for 40 minutes, suddenly they can put two tables together and sit us down? That’s ridiculous. Terrible service and management.

Are steak came out rare. Our waiter Paris looked high as can be not counting or you never got refills or the beers that we ordered we'd have to ask him two or three times

To loud. Seemed like the food and service were very slow. Good food though!
