I usually have a great experience here but today I went in and the two workers on the line did not acknowledge us or at all. We stood there waiting to order and they never said one thing. No hi no how can we help you. They could have at least told us to step down to order. I will be going somewhere else to send $4 on a bagel.

Every single time I stop at this location, I get quick and consistent service! The staff is friendly and my bagel is always toasted to perfection!

Can't rate the food never got it. After waiting 10 and not being acknowledged we left. Rude if they had said sorry were busy I'll be right with you but not even a hi. Nope to many other places to eat in town.

I think their breakfast sandwiches are on point. The Sriracha Sunrise and the Smokehouse Brisket are two of the best. I haven't had any issues with the service and the place always looks clean.

Food & coffee are good but no seating available inside. Food section very clean but rest of shop really needs some serious TLC.

I remember a time when you could actually sit, eat, and enjoy your food at Breuggers. This location must not care, or they’re still scared of COVID because their benches were all stacked and no tables. I was excited for a bagel but I don’t live near here to wait until I get home and Im not eating in my vehicle. I left. Laaaaaammmmeeee

It pains me to leave this review for literally my favorite place to get bagels/bagel sandwiches in the area but I do so in hopes that it improves. I understand whole heartedly that Covid took its toll on many businesses of all kinds so I was extremely understanding for a long time. I have gotten to the point that it seems as though quality and care has been quite possibly permanently damaged at this point. To start with, the last 3 times I went, no one plugged in the open sign that is powered by an extension cord laid on the floor. I mentioned this each time and no one even cared to turn it on. “Oh, ok…” the last time I plugged it in for them while I was waiting.Second, without any signage to notify, the standard is now 2 eggs on a sandwich unless you specify only one. This feels like a lazy money grab in my opinion. If this is the policy, it should be noted somewhere prominently.Third, it personally feels to me that the non-bagel related sandwich ingredients have been sub-par since Covid. Ingredients that used to be available are no longer and the currently available ingredients are not as quality as they once were. This is either a lower quality supplier or holding into ingredients too long.Fourth, the place looks like a bit of a disaster zone. I understand not having staff to keep seating clean but stacking it into the corner of the dining area makes it feel as though you are closing tomorrow. This booth stacking plus the extension cord on the floor to power the open sign really leaves the place feeling extremely temporary. Finally, customer service is hit or miss. There are employees here that are outstanding and ones that make you feel like you are an inconvenience for even ordering. Again, I understand staffing issues but some employees do more damage than good.I hate leaving reviews like this that only criticize and offer no suggestions or hope for improvement so I will offer those below:1: Get an open sign with a timer and plug it in using a method that is not a hazard to guests. Outlet at the ceiling is typically how this is done.2: If you want to keep this policy, notify patrons in a prominent way. Signage on menu board or guard at ordering wall.3: Evaluate suppliers or adjust food management practices. (In my opinion, even if this means slightly higher prices it would be worth it)4: Either put the benches back and provide customers with Clorox wipes to clean before and after use or remove the benches from the store. I guess a compromise on this would be putting up some safe barricade or wall to hide this mess.5: Get your good customer service employees (like Dot) to help guide your ones that are lacking and get them to at least a neutral place from a customer service point. No reason to turn people off from coming back due to an employee’s perpetual poor customer service. Everyone has bad days… this is beyond that.Again, I try to only post positive reviews and I truly hope this is a helpful review. My goal is that this location gets better and stays in the area for years to come. When things change, I will be thrilled to update my review to reflect.

Place is nasty inside, kinda ruined the experience for me. I was gonna get a drink, then I saw the drink cooler was covered in sticky residue. There are flies and nasty dirt everywhere…. Bagels were good though lol!. Probably won’t be back until they clean the place up. Also saw on the beacon they had several health department violations in the last 30 days… so hopefully if anything that would force them to clean up. I love brueggers but it’s sad to see the management drive the business into the ground.

Do not go here! Walked in this morning at 730am (2/4/23). A African American lady was rude to the customer in front of us about his method of payment. While we waited she told us we needed to wait because her cash register did not have money in it. Another employee walked over and tried helping her. The lady became frustrated and said “y’all need to pay with cash” I let her know we did not have cash. She replied “well I can’t help you then honey”.The rudest customer service!! I am not from Ohio. Im currently traveling cross country on a military move. She was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered! I am so glad I will not be back

I don't normally review but I just had such a good sandwich I felt a moral obligation to write a review. I highly recommend the food here and the staff were very friendly.

I had rent there recently. The food prep area was filthy. The workers seemed out of it. Nobody was doing any cleaning. Foods and seasonings blended with the cream cheeses etc. everything was mixed. It grossed me out.

Delicious bagels and fast service make Brueggers one of my favorite places to grab a quick breakfast. There are healthy options to try if you are looking better options. I recommend Brueggers Bagels!
