Attended an excellent catered event at their facility. Enjoyed many regular dinners. Easter brunch, however, was a disappointment. They had a single line for the buffet that was very inefficient and very slow.

We went to this Burntwood Tavern for an Easter brunch. The food was cold and even if it were hot, it wasn't that good. Our server was great but for $42 per person, this was a real rip off.

My wife and I went to Easter brunch, and had a great experience. It was quite crowded, but we were seated quickly. The buffet line was very long, but moved at a decent pace. The food was delicious, and our server was excellent. We were in and out in just over an hour. While it is difficult to host a buffet that large from 10:00 to 3:00, Burntwood did not disappoint. We were pleased and would go again.

Food was excellent for Easter brunch. Waitress was sweet and did a great job. The main complaint was line for the bunch was too long. It went all across the restaurant the entire time we were there. Both times I got food, the salmon was all gone. Other than the that. We enjoyed ourselves. This is our third year here for the Easter brunch.

Very nice atmosphere. The place was full but didn't feel cramped. The food was excellent. I had the BWT burger with fries.

Server was friendly, food was very average and overpriced for what you get.

Kitchen definitely was struggling when I went for lunch. It took about 30 mins for our food to arrive (a burger and a chicken sandwich). The bun on my chicken sandwich was stale - cruton level stale. Our waiter was super understanding and immediately put in for a new bun. That bun took close to 10 mins to recieve. The 2nd bun was delicius at least. That first bun should not have made it out of kitchen unless the cooks lost their sense of touch.

Having to wait over 10 minutes for a hostess when the place was empty was a bit frustrating—but the service beyond this initial experience was great. I ordered the lunch combo special — soup and half sandwich. Tasted great, but the sandwich was very small...for the price I expected a “meatier” more hardy sandwich. Overall experience was not great but good.

We were here for a company dinner. We were disappointed in the lack of service. My drink (soda) didn't arrive until the food arrived. We had someone's order not get taken at all and 2 people had to take theirs to go since it came out so much later than everyone else. I don't recommend large groups for this place. Maybe better for individual dining?

My husband and I decided to come for Happy Hour and left incredibly disappointed. We ordered 4 appetizers and waited for nearly 45 min for any food and then the only one that was halfway decent was the cauliflower.

We chose BurntWood because they accepted reservations and we were on a time crunch. We were very upfront that we needed to place our orders right away..... well, It took 40 min to get our appetizers and an hour and a half to get our food. Most of The food was pretty good , except my son's food was cold and my daughter in law's was burnt. We were apologized to a couple times and told the kitchen staff was backed up due to take out orders. In my opinion, in house dining should take precedence. There was a table beside us that couldn't wait anymore and had to leave without food. Another table that was seated after us got their food before us. We told our waiter we needed to get going and he laughed at us. We barely made tip off of the Cavs game we were headed to, after choosing this place because it was only 30 min away. I may try a different location, but this place was lacking in almost every way.

This is one of my favorite places to dine in, but especially to order out after a long day at work. My hubby ordered my favorite filet but it was definitely not cooked quite right. The manager was so kind and made sure to remedy the issue. In a world where food service has declined at many places, Burntwood in Fairlawn still knows how to make their customers happy by serving great food and creating a great experience. This has not been the case for us at other restaurants in this area. Thank you!! Your loyal customer :)
