Lady at the counter was extremely rude. I asked about a military discount and she was very snappy and dismissive of me. She acted like she didn't know what she was doing or what she was talking about. I don't appreciate being talked down to and treated so poorly. I will not be stopping here again.

I used to love Chick-fil-A, but i will never buy from them again. For a saggy chicken sandwich charging between $5.50-6.00 is not acceptable.
Also the people used to be friendly and very polite, because they use to be taught what to say and how to be towards the customer, that changed too.
Last time I was there one of the girl's who took my order she was not friendly at all. Probably because of her culture, and how she was raised. This company based on Christian principles, but I don't see lately that the employees reflect Christian values anymore. It looks like they hire anybody.

The food is fine. My problem comes from the fact that the carry out person is consistently never there, and the cashiers don’t help. Just today, I had to wait for 10 minutes standing right in front of the carry out area while my order sits behind the counter for someone to come. When someone did come, they yelled out for a doordash order, no one came, then they set it on the counter and walk away while deliberately not making eye contact with me. All while two cashiers stood there with no one ordering chatting it up. I had to ask them to grab my order from behind the counter despite them watching me walk up and wait the entire time. This has happened every time I order for carry out/mobile order at this chic-fil-a and I’m honestly fed up with it. By the way, all of this can be circumvented if you just have a carry out shelf like every other fast food restaurant. The carry out person never being there, coupled with the fact that the cashiers don’t (or don’t bother) assisting them is the reason their carry out service deserves this one star.

This is literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any Chick-fil-A, which normally tends to provide higher than average fast food standard service in terms of employees being polite. The kid did not walk over to my car and ask my name and take payment. He yelled at me from across the inner lane, so I then had to yell my name across the hood of the pick up truck next to me in the other lane. Didn’t get a thank you. The kid just handed me the food said here you go and walked away. This was after I was in the secondary Outer lane at the drive-through for seven minutes, and yes, I was watching my clock in the car because I had nothing else to do but wait getting more and more annoyed not even being acknowledged while cars in the innermost lane who ordered well after me in line were being served their food. oh, and this is not counting the additional time that I was sitting in line, even trying to place an order and not being acknowledged maybe they were shortstaffed. I’ll give them that it look like one kid was kind of navigating both lanes. I don’t know if it was just people were on break or what regardless I didn’t appreciate the time spent in my evening. Just trying to get some chicken tenders. Both lanes were being utilized. It wasn’t like I just pulled off like some rogue to the Outer lane. While I can only hold staff as accountable as their management, which clearly is lacking here in efficiency with drive-through if the second lane, is going to be ignored. What is the point of having two lanes if it wasn’t to be able to divert and control the huge lines that are always wrapped around Chick-fil-A‘s building anywhere in the country there seems to be some disconnect either with communication or training from the management on how to effectively and efficiently manage drive-through customers

We were there at 11am but they said lunch was ready for ordering. Met right away by a young man who took our order and also was helpful explaining the options.
Our meal was served as we sat down. The order was perfect and the food delicious.
There is not a Chick-fil-A near our home, so the visit was special for us and we were very pleased with the choice.

The lines at lunch time tell the story. This place is great. Despite the lines, it rarely takes more than 5-10 minutes to get through. If I saw that line at any other fast food place I would pass it by. I recently discovered how delicious their chicken tortilla soup is! Not a fan of whatever they did to their waffle fries recently, but I'm not supposed to have fries anyway. Chic-fil-A is one of the few restaurants that consistently has good customer service no matter the location.

Second time since they have reopened they have either missed and item or drive thru takes longer than 20 min for a sandwich. Don't feel safe in your new drive thru lines. Can't easily exit with all the cones. Food was cold.
