Delicious pizza! We have been going to Deweys since their location opened in Cleveland Heights. Since we now live closer to the Fairlawn location, we eat here.
The family LOVES the Edgar Allen Poe, Southwest BBQ no salsa or peppers, Pepperoni, Caprice but will be adding pancetta next time and Porky Fig! The caesar salad too! Always great food. Highly recommend!

The best pizza and absolutely the best salads in Fairlawn. Their prices are alittle higher than most pizza shops, but the quality ingredients and fresh taste are worth it.

We have been to Dewey's in Cincinnati, and just discovered this location in Fairlawn, Ohio. Super nice environment, and fantastic food. Not like any old pizza joint! Loved the salads and the unusual pizzas. My favorite is the figgy pig! Highly recommend.
Update, December 2025. Came to Dewey's again to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday. I had half porky fig and half Edgar Allen Poe pizza and my husband had the Don Corleone. They did not disappoint! The salads were delicious too. My husband had the Caesar and I had the field greens with caramelized walnuts and a lovely citrus dressing. Then to top it off, we had a very decadent triple chocolate cake for dessert. Great celebration for the two of us!

Everything was excellent, with some of my more favorite options with beer and a great variety for pizza. Great time with a couple friends

I have to agree with the other reviewer who left a bad review on the calzone when you think when you get three toppings in a calzone for $11.50 you would think if you get green pepper you would think could be really small pieces that big pieces so you choke on the calzone when it's hot and if you get a double buffalo chicken and double buffalo chicken he would think would have some filling into it not so thin what a waste of money I won't never come back and as the donor don't say well contact me cuz I live in Strongsville Ohio so I'm not going back to your area I should read reviews better

DON'T GET RIPPED OFF! This was my first and last visit I paid $11.50 for a calzone that literally had nothing in it- It was all bread!! And the bread was nasty so if that's what their pizza crust tastes like - You're not missing anything!

We keep getting Dewey’s for our lunches at work. Easy to order online. Always correct and ready when I arrive. They always ask if I need plates or help to my car. And the food is really good. The harvest salad and the calzones are our favorites.

Visited Dewey’s Fairlawn on Oct 28, 2025, with a group of 15 (including 3 kids). Even though we had a reservation, our tables weren’t ready and we waited 30 minutes.
When we finally got our food, my dad found a long black hair in his pizza. Staff took it away but offered no apology or concern. Later, I realized my to-go pizza was missing, and the manager’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Her comment about “that big long black hair” also felt uncomfortable and somewhat racially insensitive.
To top it off, staff started turning off the lights around 8:45 PM — even though closing is 9 — making us feel rushed out. We’ve been loyal customers for years, but this experience was very disappointing.

Their gluten free pizza is so yummy! My second time getting it and they don’t disappoint!! It is a little expensive but it’s worth it with how good it tastes. And every single worker that passed by made sure I was helped.

Dewey's is absolutely fantastic. The pizza selections and options are top notch and it's always consistent and delicious. My only gripe is that the salad dressings are soy based instead of olive oil based - which is weird because it's a feature of many of their signature pizzas (olive oil).
Otherwise, I don't have much to complain about; the service is generally very good, the food is terrific and it's consistent every time and
It's definitely not cheap (especially if you get drinks!), but as a treat every now and then, it's a great night out.

My family had an excellent experience. We were greeted with smiles and warmth., The staff did an amazing job to make sure we were comfortable. While our pizza was being made, my wife and son watched the show in the kitchens massive window--those making the pizzas were interactive and participated with my wife and son, leaving my son with a big smile on his face. If we lived closer, we would frequently visit this establishment! Thank you to everyone on the staff.
