My first time ever visiting a Duck Donuts. I have had them one time previous to this- when my son in law bought them. This location is about 45 min from my home. The store is located within Summit Mall in Fairlawn, Ohio. The is an entrance from outside and one from inside the mall. It’s not very big but donuts were amazing and service was great. We waited less than five minutes.

Where else can you get fresh, hot donuts literally fried to order? The donuts themselves are fantastic (and so big!) and the myriad ways you can decorate them is just the icing on the... well, you know...

Incredibly delicious donuts. Like a funnel cake or elephant ear made into a donut. Made fresh right in front of you. So good. Highly recommend.

Why have a door on the inside of the mall if you force people to go outside to enter? Stupid and you lost business because of it. Fix your door.

Came in and tried to order a two milkshakes the cashier tried to refuse because he didn’t want to make two milkshakes because they only have 1 blender even after I told him I would wait for them. Both male employees were extremely rude and I do not think I will be back due to this.. don’t have milkshakes on the menu if you don’t want to serve them.. one of the employees names was Kyle not sure of the other.. I’m sorry you don’t want to do your job. Don’t say you can’t have two milkshakes on one order what if someone came in behind me and wanted one you’re gunna tell them no?? Sounds like someone just doesn’t like their job.. get new employees or train them proper customer service.

Today I went there and I met a short blonde haired lady her name is Brittney I guess as I saw it on the receipt and she was so rude, I arrived at 10:30 am and the store supposed to be open from 7 am to 7pm as mentioned on the store doors, I entered and no one was there and kept saying anyone is here she came out from the back door after like 3 mins saying we are not open yet, come after 10 mins and I said ok then I left and came after 1 hour at 11:30 am, she met me with very bad attitude and crumpled face. I ordered cappuccino and she poured the milk first in the cup before the coffee and it tasted so bad !! I told her the coffee doesn’t taste like the one I had before you might poured the frothed milk before the coffee !! she replied trying to educate me in a very rude way saying “First of all it is not a coffee this is made with espresso and this is exactly the one you tried before” !! Guess what I was working in a Coffeeshop before, I know everything thing about coffee.. saying coffee apply on every single beverage made from coffee beans it can be cold, hot, brewed, compressed.. whatever!!! And just to let you know coffee should be poured first then the frothed milk!!

For a donut shop staffed by College aged servers, it's pretty low energy and unwelcoming. I'll probably stick with Giant Eagle or Dunkin.

Horrible, terrible really bad service at this location. Had a dark haired teenage twerp start cursing at me when I asked for service. I’m not kidding. He had the musculature of a 9 year old girl so I’m guessing he’s not going to live very long with his attitude. I actually watched two other potential customers leave the store while I was there because they couldn’t get waited on. I will be surprised if this location is still in business in 6 months.

Donuts made to order. Fresh & hot and oh so tasty! Let me preface this review by saying that I decline most sweet treats these days, but when in Rome...The donut itself is plain. The sort you might enjoy with a coffee. What makes these such a treat are the yummy toppings. My favorite is the Maple Bacon donut. A heavenly experience indeed. Anyhow, I live in Buffalo, NY, but you better believe I will find myself at Duck Donuts again the next time I'm in the area.

They have a really delicious exotic donuts they’re cooked to order so it’s very warm when you get it they have a lot of coffee drinks but there is no menu for the drinks. I would recommend you look online. Each donuts are &3.50. I do think that’s a bit pricey, but I will be returning.
