The girl working behind the register could not have been more rude or lacking personality. She obviously didn’t want to be there or help me with any suggestions. I NEVER want to see her ever again.

Nothing special about the subs served here. I was disappointed on veterans Day when the special for veterans became a bag of chips. I prefer Subway where I can guide the server to make something that I pick.

Vegetarian options: Only had my free bag of chips.

gentleman was nice, i specifically asked for my ham sandwich to NOT be soggy, i got 7 minutes down the rode and opened it and the sub was soggy. i called and ask to speak with the manager and “Alody” was VERY rude. She tried to tell me the sub was not soggy and told me if i did not bring it back tonight then they can’t re make it. Meanwhile i live 25minutes away from firehouse. when i asked to speak with somebody hire then her she would not give me a name nor phone #. Poor customer service!

I am loving the subs from here. I am telling everyone to go here. I have tried the new competition and they can't compare. The staff is always professional and friendly at firehouse subs and more delicious. I would highly recommend firehouse subs.

Went there on Veterans day and my meal was free. Had an Italian sub with chips and a drink for free. Pretty awesome

Ordered 2 italian subs from Grubhub and this is what both subs looked like. Notice anything missing? At least they added the pickle. Needless to say I will not order from here again. Unbelievable.

Went there at 11:30 on a Sunday and it was dead. They advertise gluten free buns on menu and website. Told us they haven't had in months. Got salad with chicken, which was ice cold. They had no mustard, oil, and half of the flavors in their pop machine were out. Best part of this trip was I complained 3 times on their website, and have yet to get a call back. But they keep giving me 4,000 points - which I will never use b/c I will NEVER go back here.

My husband and I ate here on Saturday and started getting sick Sunday morning , it is now Monday and this is the sickest I’ve ever been with food poisoning. My kids didn’t eat any of the subs and they are fine. Please eat here with caution. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.

My wife and I arrived at around 7:45 and were ignored by the employees working.. we didn’t receive any greeting or even a “we’ll be right with you”.. a young man with dreadlocks behind the counter looked at us several times and the young lady with black and blue(I think) hair continued cleaning tables in the dining room around us.. by the time she may have been deciding to take our order we had grown tired of waiting and left.. terrible service!!

I don't know what was going on today, but I normally always get the meatball, And today I noticed the meatballs are white, so I asked him about it and they said they're always white even though I pointed to the sign showing that they are not, And he claims they only serve chicken and pork meatballs. Even though the website says beef and pork, And then when I requested to get a refund all of a sudden he was able to make me a beef and pork meatball sub.

I don't know what's going on here but it was disgusting. The staff here seems to not care whether they have a job or not.
