I visited Firehouse Subs on Sunday 9-22-25 at 2:30 pm for the first time. I ordered a turkey sub unbeknownst to me that you need to specify if you want a cold sub sandwich. After the hot sub came out and I asked about why it wasn't a cold sub - the lady who told me she was the manager and would not give me her name proceeded to be curt, smart alecky and unprofessional with me. She denied my request for a new cold sub and stated- I would have to pay for a new sub. Customer service was DEFINITELY lacking at this establishment. I am astonished at the young workers of today and their lack of knowledge of customer service! I would definitely encourage Firehouse Subs corporate make their employees and managers attend customer service trainings twice a year / every 6 months. Again, I am sad that this was my experience as it being my first time going here.

The food was absolutely delicious. Firehouse subs is a great place and I love our fireman. Service gets a very poor rating and here’s why. For starters my father in law came in from out of town and I bragged to him that we have to try this. We walk in and the place is empty. There is a sign that says “HOT SAUCE BAR OPEN” with bottles of hot sauce displayed out. I went to get 1, and a couple of the bottles were empty. That must mean that’s “the good stuff”. So I grabbed another one and brought it to our table to put on our sandwhich. The guy working there; who looked like he was in his twenties, comes over and scolds us for taking the bottle to the table. He said “ that’s not sanitary”, he then proceeded to pour the hot sauce in this tiny cup and only filled it half way. I guess I must have missed the tiny little cups next to the hot sauces. It’s not even stated you need to pour it in the cup. The whole thing was bizarre to me and made me wonder if the guy was just bored because there was no one there. I doubt there would be empty bottles of hot sauce out on displace if people were just using a tiny bit of sauce. It’s no wonder the place was empty. Still a supporter of firehouse subs, but don’t go on a weds evening.

The person who took my order was boring and showed no appreciation for my business. He never asked if i wanted free extras or anything else to help me with my order. Some people should not interface with the public

Just a dump. Rude employees that hate their job, sloppy presentation, dry sandwiches.

I love the food. Try the Cajun chicken! The parking lot needs paved, but otherwise it’s perfect.

The girl working behind the register could not have been more rude or lacking personality. She obviously didn’t want to be there or help me with any suggestions. I NEVER want to see her ever again.

Nothing special about the subs served here. I was disappointed on veterans Day when the special for veterans became a bag of chips. I prefer Subway where I can guide the server to make something that I pick.

Vegetarian options: Only had my free bag of chips.

gentleman was nice, i specifically asked for my ham sandwich to NOT be soggy, i got 7 minutes down the rode and opened it and the sub was soggy. i called and ask to speak with the manager and “Alody” was VERY rude. She tried to tell me the sub was not soggy and told me if i did not bring it back tonight then they can’t re make it. Meanwhile i live 25minutes away from firehouse. when i asked to speak with somebody hire then her she would not give me a name nor phone #. Poor customer service!

I am loving the subs from here. I am telling everyone to go here. I have tried the new competition and they can't compare. The staff is always professional and friendly at firehouse subs and more delicious. I would highly recommend firehouse subs.
