I usually enjoy First Watch, but my visit to the Medina location was really frustrating because of the service. I had to ask our waitress four separate times just to get water, and she had an attitude throughout our time there. Eventually she sent someone else out with it, and that person went table to table asking if anyone had requested water—which was awkward and avoidable.
My brother and mother noticed it too. What made it worse was seeing that other tables around us received the standard glass jug of water without having to ask.
Unacceptable service experience, and I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Had breakfast at the Fairlawn location this morning. This place never disappoints! Love the new seasonal menu… the Chimichuri steak and eggs were delicious. As always, the staff are super friendly and professional.

On December 29, 2025, I enjoyed breakfast at First Watch on W. Market St. in Fairlawn, Ohio. Despite the bustling atmosphere, the staff truly stood out. My waitress, Debbie, was a ray of sunshine on a freezing day. Her warm and genuine smile made me forget about the cold outside. She was incredibly attentive, checking in to ensure my meal was perfect and asking if I needed anything else. Debbie is not just an asset to First Watch; she embodies the spirit of exceptional service.

What a nice spot to grab a bite! The building is clean. The decor works well for the space. We had Ashley as our server- she was such a gem! Her energy was pure and smile warm. She spoke & included “us” to say that she was also part of us that morning. & she was. I liked that! Chile Chorizo Omelette left me satisfied.

Ordered a BLT with a side of cubed potatoes. The BLT was good but i had to fry up the cubed potatoes after they were delivered, they were borderline raw.
