The food and service has gone down considerable at this location. It used to be our go-to. Won’t be anymore. Slow service, incorrect orders. Just not worth the money.

Great meal - as always!
Samantha was very attentive. We were in a hurry, and she made sure our meal came quickly.

The food was so good! I love the environment and the chairs were super comfortable. My only issue would be they are not very attentive with the community table, but despite that I don’t mind a little wait for some hot fresh breakfast and with Christmas right around the corner I’d expect a little wait. The potatoes were very tasty along with the egg sandwich. I for sure plan on going back to try more. The menu has so many unique things on it including the ricotta pancakes. Every serve there was very nice and lovely!

We always love going to First Watch. We were in town for a few days, and we ate breakfast here multiple times.

First Watch always has great food and excellent service. This location was no different. We hope to visit again in the future.

Their fresh juices and coffee drinks are really good. We sat outside and didn't wait long for our food. Our server was pleasant and efficient.

Usually have a good experience here, but i ordered online today and the food was extremely salty like soooo salty it could not be healthy. My biscuits were burnt to the point that I couldn’t even stomach to finish them. For spending $36 on myself, they really disappointed me today. In their defense they were busy, but quality expectations shouldn’t change if the prices don’t. Super disappointing.

We won’t be back. We have always eaten there but this morning I ordered DoorDash. The woman brought up a bag but said it wasn’t mine and went back in the kitchen & never came back. I had to ask 3 other ppl before getting a manager. When he came out he said he would remake it then said that bag WAS mine. I told him that other woman said it wasn’t & never came back. He told me she had been in the kitchen talking to him about it.

WTH?! Talking to him about it? When I took my order there was no apology, nothing; the height of customer service incompetence. Was never great to start with. Won’t return.

The service provided by Ryan was excellent. However, the ham and Gruyère cheese omelet could have been significantly improved by using either sliced spiral ham or diced ham instead of the shaved lunch meat ham that was used and had the contents been more evenly distributed throughout the omelet (balance is important). The breakfast was accompanied by seasoned crispy potatoes (a bit too firm) and buttered, thick-sliced wheat toast, which complemented the meal well. The greens that came with the meal were a nice, less heavy option than the potatoes. The price was reasonable. Good food and service coupled with a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere make First Watch worth visiting. Note: The four rating is for a chain establishment and not fine dining.
