I use to frequent establishment when the older lady managed it. However, today I ordered a pizza and paid with cash. Afterwards, cashier started to press the dough so I asked him to wash his hands before he touch my food and I wanted fresh dough for my pizza. He washed his hands but I can tell he had an attitude. Therefore, I stood and watched everything that was going on. Finally he just handed me the pizza without any napkins I had to ask but he offered some to another customer. If you have an attitude because someone tells you to wash your hands in person then I can only imagine how you are preparing phone orders.

Before the new owner, I would frequent the Montrose location. Never had a problem when the old lady ran it all by herself.
Recently ordered delivery and was quoted 45 minutes. 2 hours later my food showed up and was missing a $10 salad and the fried chicken was soggy. The pizza was mediocre at best.
I called the store for a refund on the salad. I was told No problem, I’ll send it back to your card.
Well, 16 days later ( 10 business days) still no refund. Definitely won’t be getting delivery again. Most likely won’t be ordering here either. Too many other good pizza places.

I asked for a 12piece buckeye wings NOT 12 small wing dings with little to no sauce on them, my medium sausage and pepperoni pizza was very greasy I couldn’t eat it, just a waste of money I won’t be ordering from this location anymore

I for got to add hot sauce. When I had already spent 36 dollars. Then I remembered hot sauce. So I said can I get some hot sauce please.. He said I'm going to have to charge u for that. Pizza was not fully cooked. And the chicken . Hospitality was bad vibes. I won't be back.

I'm a long time customer but new owners recently took over and the pizza I had today was not the same and not as good. They also raised the credit card fee to 4% which is ridiculous. Taking my business elsewhere.
