After what I witnessed today I don’t think we will be spending our money here again. First, I showed up for my pizza and 12 wings. I was told 30 minutes, I show up and the wings were sitting on the table getting cold and my pizza was not made. I asked the lady how much longer and she said 30 minutes after she already told us on the phone 30 minutes. Secondly as I was standing around waiting for my pizza to be made, the older lady is cussing a storm out at an employee dropping the F bomb and was very hostile. This is how you treat your employees? Now I see why they never have anybody working. Not professional and the wings were rock hard. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

The food is your standard Gioninos style. When I initially called to place my order it took a few attempts to get a hold of someone. After going to pick up my food, I noticed they only had one person working inside. I was very surprised by that. My food was ready a little earlier than they said. Overall a normal Gioninos experience. First time trying this location out.

I have eaten Gioninos pizza for years. It is very good. However this particular branch in Fairlawn is terrible. They say they deliver but they never do although the website says they do. They are unbelievably slow. In excess of an hour for a single pizza. They also make way more than their share of mistakes when you do finally get delivery. Choose another place. Any other Gioninos would be a great start.

Clueless! It’s actually laughable how unprepared the staff are here. We think they haul them over from the nursing home across the road. Truly an amazing exercise in ineptitude. Answer the phone then put you on hold. Forget you are there. Call back. Completely forget they even took the call. Place and order. Show up 25 minutes later - yep. Forgot to make the pizza. Happens often.The facility is a wreck! The owner is very fond of handwritten notes warning staff against all manner of lapses. It’s worth going in just to take in the vibe.We have had great experiences with the other Gionino’s stores but this one is off the list.
We haven't had Gionino's pizza in several years, but this pizza did not disappoint. Hot, plenty of toppings, and a nice crunchy crust. It won't be long before we order from them again.

Doesn’t close till 9pm. Has chicken fryers off at 740pm. And refuses to serve in a time when restaurants are struggling blows my mind. I used to manage and work at the gioninos in Kent and that one is so much better in terms of customer service it isn’t even funny.Unbelievable.
