The store was very clean, the service was great and the staff were polite and helpful. The food was fantastic! It exceeded my expectations and was served quickly and correctly. We could not be happier with our meals. The atmosphere was relaxed. It is our new favorite place to eat. I highly recommend this place.

We were in the mall, so having an excellent time there is something that's hard to come by. But the workers were friendly and great, the food was delicious, I had a burger and their burger was better then 5Guys burgers by a long shot. They had a clean, tidy eating area. This place gets 5/5. I would give it more if allowed to. Thank you so much for a great experience. Can't wait to go there again when we can.

The atmosphere is pretty noisy with clanging pans, but clean and nicely designed. The service is good. We got the Thai peanut salad. We loved that the ingredients and dressing were so thoroughly mixed. What was a bit unexpected though was that the dressing was a soy sauce dressing and not a Thai peanut dressing. It had some bite to it while I was expecting more of a sweet peanut sauce like a pad Thai noodle sauce taste rather than an Asian salad dressing taste.

I had the Mean Green Burger and my girlfriend had the Southwest Burger and they were both great. I personally didn't get the HB Secret Sauce, but it wasn't cause it isn't good. I got it on side to try, but I not a big mayo fan, but It was good, but for me it was only good as a try thing. My GF really liked it. She got a side salad with hers, and I got a cup of Chicken Noodle Soup with mine. The soup was amazing. Tasted homemade and full of flavor that was absolutely delicious. The salad was a nice portion for a side salad. My Mean Green Burger was delicious and they weren't shy with the avocado like most places which made me really happy. I highly recommend this place. They even had a private area to dine in their place so we didn't have to sit with all the people in the mall. Give this place a try!

I love this place. Fast service , good food and reasonable prices. I guess if I had to complain about anything it would be the fries. I think they're limp and greasy. I only wish they would open up a store in Stow so that I don't have to drive so far.

This place is located inside the mall but you can access it from outside the mall. This place does salads and burgers and we went with both. I did a build your own burger and a fiesta salad with tofu instead of chicken. Great burger and the tofu was cooked well!

First time here. The hamburger was not cooked properly. It was mostly raw. They offered to make another one. I just wanted a refund. Which I eventually got.
The worst hamburger I have ever eaten in my life. Really bad.I understand Why No One Was there.

I love that I can create my own salad! They do a good job with mixing everything. It's a very good salad! I don't think it's worth $12, but it's still very good! My son has ordered the burgers a couple of times. He said it's one of his favorite burgers he's had. It's a good place, but expensive.

Worst experience ever. I was not allowed to order a bowl with no lettuce was told to get kids size I said that was fine. The manager came out and exploded about it in front of us and was so unprofessional and said we should have been charged more I said well we weren’t and he continued to be rude and say how much money he lost in a bullying way. Meanwhile my fiancés meal was the worst he’s ever had worst hamburger ever. We will never be back.
