I was given a sub that was the completely wrong order.

Not nearly as friendly as your Ellet location unfortunately, I think I may just be spoiled from their amazing service but this location fell short. Very rushed and I felt as though they were snide and annoyed with having to take my order. The food was pretty good still, though the lettuce tasted and looked freezer burnt.

I've been ordering from this location on a regular basis and the quality is going downhill. Tonight is the last straw for me. After an hour of eating my sub I'm now experiencing food poisoning. This is the worst. I've never been this sick in my life my eating at a sandwich shop. I would NOT recommend this location at all. Very disappointed and want my money back.

I've been a fan of Jersey shore subs since Atlantic City in the late 50's. Started at 25 cents and was 50 cents at the last more years ago than I'm willing to count. Mike has nailed it. Variety, quality and service. You interact with at least with four people during your visit.

Had lunch at the recently opened store in Fairlawn. It's bright and clean. Went to the rr to wash my hands and it passed my inspection. Checked out the menu even though I knew I wanted the Italian sub. The head sandwich maker greeted me enthusiastically and proceeded to slice the meats and cheeses which he placed on a roll. Moving along the line, other sandwich artists asked what i wanted on my sub. The lettuce was shredded, the tomatoes were good. I added a couple of other things, paid my bill, sat down and enjoyed my sandwich. I was surprised how many old people...myself included...were there. If I were to change anything, I would prefer a more substantial bread. Overall a good experience. Fair warning. If you're trying to head east from the parking lot it can be a real challenge. I turned west and went around the block(s)

I placed an order with the Fairlawn location, having been quite impressed with the service at the Stow location on Graham Road. The order app included a prompt to indicate who each sub was intended for, which seemed logical for easy identification. However, as no names were included, we had to unwrap each sub to determine who it belonged to. Neatly and securely wrapping a sub not only reflects pride in the product but also helps to keep the sandwich intact. The condiments were a bit overdone; the wrapping was dripping with oil etc. Simply put, the subs were messy. Perhaps some additional training could be beneficial. The Stow location has set a high standard, and you might consider reviewing their procedures. I am always happy to commend a well-managed establishment, but in this instance, I can only offer suggestions for improvement. Given the current prices, we hope for the best in all aspects of the product. Please prepare the sandwiches with the care of an artist. We would appreciate it. I cannot recommend this location until you do better.

Do not go to this new store location yet. The staff do not know what they are doing. The managers or training staff were just standing around letting the new staff make a bunch of mistakes. I was just at the location in Brimfield/kent last week and they were exceptional. Don't go to this new location for a long time because you will just be disappointed if you do.

The staff was friendly, and service was fast.
I ordered the Italian sandwich and oil and vinegar is standard on that sandwich. However, the sandwich was horrible due to the excessive amount of oil and vinegar making the bread extremely soggy.
