I’m from southwestern Ohio and I like trying new coffee shops when I’m away from home. Came across nervous dog and I’m glad I did. I got an apple pie iced latte. Very good. Can taste the apple pie but it’s not too sweet and overpowering of the coffee flavor like a lot of other places do. Still has a strong coffee flavor. I enjoy it.

I've been coming to this location for years, pretty much since they opened, but I am not sure I will continue coming back. Over the past two years the quality of their drinks has gone way down. I normally order a latte of sorts and the quality of the milk has been very poor. The barista's need to be better educated on correctly steaming milk for a latte & cappuccino. When ordering a latte - it is just hot milk with no texture. When ordering a cappuccino, the milk is just bubbly and has no frothy texture as it should.Their baristas also normally seem irritated to serve the customers, like we're an inconvenience.And per a pervious customer review, their store does need to be cleaned, it is very dirty.On a more positive note - the taste of their espresso is phenomenal, I buy the beans to make my own lattes at home.

I go to this location usually early in the morning, but after today I don't think I'll be back. Coming in later in the day with the sun shining uncovered something I never expected.... THE ENTIRE PLACE IS COVERED IN DUST. I'm not talking a little, I mean the thickest nastiest dust all over every single service. Lights, walls, decor even the counter itself. This place needs a deep cleaning as soon as possible. It's had to be over a year since it was last cleaned judging by how thick the dust it. I was so grossed out.It's also really disappointing that they still will not honor cash payments and do not offer lunch food items they have been saying food is "temporarily unavailable" for 4 years now. Just remove food from the menu at this point, it's clearly not coming back.

I’m a years long fan of this coffee shop, and I’ve been to this location many times. The people, service, drinks, and food are all excellent. I wish their internet worked. I have tried to get work done there a few times this month, and the wifi is either incredibly slow or not working at all. I have overheard multiple customers asking about it in my recent visits, and it doesn’t seem like the employees on site are able to do anything about it. This location is set up for individual work stations, but without wifi it makes it completely impossible to use. Hoping they solve this soon, until then I’ll be going to a different coffee shop.
I came in for the first time yesterday evening. The worker who took my order was a grown man and was very rude. He did not even look at me once. When I approached him to order he was literally PICKING at his nails and not looking up at me. I didn’t know what I wanted so I asked my friend who had been there before was a “mocha dog” was and the worker said “those are all frozen drinks” in a very irritated voice. He was not helpful whatsoever. I just quickly ordered something that sounded good. The guy who made my drink did a good job, but he also wasn’t very friendly. He just ignored me when I thanked him for my drink. I would maybe understand if they were busy but we were the only people in the line. Very disappointing, probably won’t return.

Good coffee. I travel a lot and I enjoy a change from the typical coffee chains. This is a nice local coffee shop. I only bought food here once and it was "microwave/toster oven - prepared food" I'm not a fan of , so I stick to the coffee.
