They have no o e to work the front to take orders. Not everyone wants to use the darn app or screens. I saw 4 people walk out, only 2 screens working. And especially at your busiest times you should have someone up front, think about all the money you are losing. Is it because you can't find workers or don't want to pay?

Would give zero stars if I could. My experience today was the worst! I ordered the whole strawberry poppy seed salad with chicken. Asked for light pineapple and dressing/extra dressing on the side. I get the salad and the dressing is on the salad. So she has to remake it. Second salad is like half a salad and it's got a ton of pineapple (and pecans). I let her know again it's supposed to be light pineapple and a whole salad not half. She proceeds to argue with me and when I told her I ordered this all the time and that's not light pineapple. Then she sticks her (gloved...but still 🤢) hand in the salad and pulls all of the pineapple out!
I asked to speak to the manager (who wasn't a lot better).
Finally said I wanted my money back and I'd go elsewhere. When getting ready to refund me he asked if I still wanted the drink. Unreal. I did get my refund but they kept the tip.
Keeping my receipt and will be contacting the corporate office. Those people should NOT be in the food service industry.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese.. bagel was ok had to put my own cream cheese on it. And the coffee was horrible. Not a fan for $7.22

I hadn't been to a Panera in years and I thought since I'm feeling sick, some Panera soup sounded good. I won't be back to a Panera again. Not a nice experience/got ignored, food was cold and not good either. The only good thing that happened was the tall new manager in training with the cooks came up because he noticed a line and was very polite. He was great. The other guy at the front was rude and not helpful. I won't be coming back. Panera used to be so good when I was growing up. Truly disappointing.

Better that you don't have to wait in line for the sip club anymore just for a drink. Usually I would avoid this location because the service was bad. You would be the only one on line and wait 5 mins just for someone to help you.

The food was cold, service bearly ok & the most disgusting thing was the utensils. The spoon had some crusty food on it. If they can’t serve clean utensils, how can the rest of the kitchen be clean?

They gave me a different sandwich and missed 4 items with our to go order. We were standing there for probably 30 minutes. This is not our first time there.

I stopped going to this location because of the very slow service in addition to the fact that they seem to always be out of items. I gave them another try and could not even get hot water for the tea I purchased. The hot water dispenser had enough room-temperature water to half-fill my cup and was never filled during the entire time we finished our meal even though I let the employees know I needed hot water for the tea
