They are remodeling, so the atmosphere is understandable, but the last few times I've been there the meat quality has been horrible.

Normally a good location. I asked for no tomato no mayo and no peppers per allergy and preference. They gave me what seems like a quadrupled amount of tomato and peppers rendering my to go order useless.

I'm not sure if it was a new cook or not but ..... the salt lick of a sandwich was not good. I had the Italian had it grilled. The processed meat has its own saltiness. He hit it hard with the salt and pepper at the end. Way to muck!

All around terrible as my first time at a penn station. Where’s there a Mr.hero?
I appreciate a good sandwich shop and this one is really good. I ordered a small Italian sub and they sliced the onion so perfectly thin, and grilled it very well, I was impressed. The workers also were working hard to deliver food fast and friendly. We liked sitting inside and will be back.

Food was delicious. The lemonade is my favorite. Everyone was super friendly! My only complaint is the tables were neglected.

Cashier was very unprofessional and made me feel discriminated against. I paid with a $100 and she made a rude comment, also made a rude comment in regards to how my sandwich was ordered.
