My first time having their pizza. Best pie my wife and I have ever tasted. I ordered a stuffed crust onion and sausage large. It was absolutely wonderful. I'll never go anywhere else now. Thank you!

Staff was friendly enough but......I ordered a Salad and it smelled like a dirty kitchen sink, the lettuce was all wilted and soggy. They put raw onions in it (which most people know will absorb any and all bacteria if left sitting around ) and the entire thing was just inedible. When having salads on a menu you should always prepare fresh , or just do not put raw onions on it . Get some knowledge people. And it costs way too much money to ever make another stop here.

I have been eating Romeo's Pizza for well over a decade. It is my favorite pizza chain in the area, and has the best sauce of any pizza place I've been to in Northeast Ohio, but this location may be the worst Romeo's in the area.I've been ordering here a couple times a month for the past year since moving to the area, and as much as I love the pizza, I've finally hit a breaking point with this location and will not be returning. My personal experience with this location is that approx. 30% of the time I order here, the pizza I receive is either wrong, or very poorly made. In addition to the quality concerns, they don't even have a full menu. The fabulous and unique Great Ranch and Potato pizza is unavailable here.My most recent order was both wrong and terrible. I decided to give the newly advertised Firefighter Pizza a try (with added pineapple). What I received appeared to be a cheese pizza with pineapple. No pepperoni. No reaper cheese.In addition to the pizza missing the only 2 ingredients that make it a specialty pizza, it was the worst quality pizza I've ever received. The toppings were scarce and the cheese didn't extend all the way to the crust. The pizza was over baked, as were the cheese bread sticks I got on the side. The pizza was incredibly poorly cut, with every slice a different size.The most disappointing thing of all is that after getting this travesty of a pizza I decided to reach out to the business about my experience (not something I would typically even do, which reiterates my disappointment). I reached out directly via their website, detailed my experience, and left my contact information for them to contact me. That was a week ago, and I have heard absolutely nothing since.TLDR: Expect poor quality and a limited menu here. Romo's is good pizza, but not from this location.

1 very polite young man working by himself doing register, making pizzas, and cutting them.Entire store looked unkept and gross. Multiple half made pizzas and all refrigerated toppings on the cut table left open. I worked at a pizza place for over 6 years and this was a serious NO.The pizza tasted fine but seeing where it came from I will not be back.

Favorite pizza in NE Ohio! Unfortunately the restaurant itself is totally disgusting and the workers have ranged from mediocre to absolutely awful. Latest example (9/3/23) had me waiting extra time workers ran around taking care of everything except my order that was late. They seemed confused, even though they knew the ticket (checked it 4 times) and we're just waiting on boneless wings, which I think could be the faster item than a whole pizza? The workers were not courteous or on task. The workers at Romeo's have consistently been an issues since ~2020. After it all, still good pizza.

I use to love this place and the sweet sauce. Unfortunately I couldn't call to order as they don't answer phones anymore. That was problem number 1. I attempted to call twice and was ringing for over 5 minutes each time. I ordered 2 MEDIUM pizzas "build your own" and it cost $50.00 for PICK UP!!!.... NOT TO MENTION I DIDNT GET SAUCE ON MY PIZZA AND HALF MY PIZZA WAS ALL CRUST! I just wish they answered their phones. Maybe this could've been avoided. I can't call and let them know as they won't answer their phones again. So I was forced to leave a poor review. I'm not sure I'll ever go back to Romeos ever again. There are other places closer.

The problem I'm having is that on BOG0 Tuesday (*a GREAT IDEA by the way!) Every pizza is included, except ITALIAN deep dish. Why is that? It makes no sense 2me, especially since on ANY visit 2Romeos thats what I'm most likely to get. Furthermore, ALL of the promotion material 4BOGO I've ever seen states "good on any pizza", except in the case of the Italino.
