Stopped by Sweet Frog for a casual dessert outing. The concept is simple and interactive—customers grab a cup, choose their favorite frozen yogurt flavors, and top it off with a colorful assortment of goodies. Once assembled, the final creation is weighed and priced accordingly.

The yogurt was tasty and the kids enjoyed the freedom to build their own combinations. They offer what appears to be a ~16 oz cup and a larger container for the more ambitious. That said, pricing felt a bit above average, especially if you’re not careful with portion size.

All in all, it’s a fun concept and a decent treat—likely best enjoyed a couple of times a year as a novelty stop for the children. Nice way to add some variety to their dessert experiences.

Very nice inside (except the restroom which smelled like a porta potty and the floor was sticky for some reason). The staff was very friendly and answer the few questions I had without issue.

The variety of flavors what is excellent!! My favorite is a combination of pineapple and orange...and my adult daughter was loving the new cheesecake flavor along with the raspberry.

The only thing that kept this from getting five stars is the fact that we walked in and grabbed our own bowls, filled our own bowls with what we wanted, took the field bowls over to the scale in order to have them weighed and pay for our treat...and they actually have the audacity to have a screen at the checkout that asks for a tip??!!!

I know that's not the staff's choice but it's still irritating that management even has it there!!

If your people need to make more money (and they're not actually servers add a sit-down restaurant) then increase their hourly wage and PAY THEM PROPERLY!!

It is not the customers responsibility to pick up where management or the corporation drops the ball.

They had five stars from me until I learned the hard way that they don’t update their Google page. Luckily my daughter googled ice cream near me and found Stricklands’s three minutes away. 😀😀😀
Sweet Frog is otherwise pretty great too though - usually find new flavors pretty regularly, and the staff is always super friendly.

I recently visited Sweet Frog and tried their Milk Chocolate, Strawberry, and New York Cheesecake frozen yogurt flavors, and indulged in some tasty toppings. As a fan of a rich, creamy experience, the Milk Chocolate did not disappoint. It was smooth, decadent, and had the perfect level of sweetness that truly satisfied my chocolate cravings, especially when paired with the rich chocolate sauce and chunks of brownies.

The Strawberry flavor was refreshing and vibrant, with a natural fruitiness that wasn't too overpowering. It felt like I was indulging in fresh strawberries with each spoonful, enhanced by the addition of real strawberry slices and crunchy pecans, adding a delightful texture to the experience.

Finally, the New York Cheesecake was a delightful surprise. It captured the essence of the classic cheesecake with its creamy, slightly tangy profile. The flavor was rich and indulgent, and topping it with cheesecake bites added an extra punch of flavor that cheesecake lovers would adore.

Sweet Frog did a fantastic job in crafting these flavors, making my visit enjoyable and satisfying. I was excited to find this place, as the next closest frozen yogurt place I enjoy is 30 minutes away. Great service, tasty frozen yogurt. I know it sounds like a silly “complaint”, but my only hang up is how cold the yogurt is. I usually have to let it melt a little otherwise it’s too cold to eat xD

This place also accommodates my recently discovered obsession with all things chocolate peanut butter.

Kid-friendliness: Colorful vibes that I know I would’ve loved when I was a child. See people bring children in all the time.

Ice cream was great, but staff were very disinterested in helping us, specifically the young African American woman working this evening, alongside her other brown haired young woman. They seemed more interested in gossiping than helping. Store around 4pm was gross and sticky, and there was nothing but sad songs playing in the store. Normally I enjoy coming here but the vibe was not it today. At least it was only a $5 experience.
