First of all, the place was freezing cold….Why do so many restaurants keep their dining area so doggone cold?My wife ordered a steak salad….the steak was fine, but the lettuce was old and had turned brown….This salad cost $22…. I had the bonfire burger…. I used to love this burger….They have managed to lose all of the features that made it great….It used to come with breaded jalapeños….No more….Very mediocre for $17….We sat at the bar, and the service was subpar…..We are now at home trying to warm up….M and A

My burger was good but can't say much for the rest of the meal.Kids meals had cold frys, cold grilled cheese, and burnt chicken tenders. Fries were odd, had an old potato taste.Wait staff seemed to not want to be there.

Pickle chips started the meal and were the only appetizing item we ended up with. Fries were cold and gummy, salad tasted old, burger was cold and tasteless. The hot chicken sandwich had flavor but it was also at most lukewarm with nothing "hot" about it. The chicken nachos came out late, amd were sparse enough that even taco bell would serve better.We have eaten here before and always had a good experience, so it might have just been an off night, but we have no motivation to go back and try again.

It's always a great place to eat, on this particular day we went, they were very few people working. They were working on a skeleton crew and it was pack. Never the less the gentleman that was sitting people was doing and impressive and amazing job.He was the hostess, he was the waiter, he was also the bass boys. He made it seem like there was multiple waiter's because he was able to keep up with all the tables. Obviously the kitchen staff must of been slammed as well and the bartender so I thank all the stuff for being so good at their jobs.We wanted to let this person that serve us that he was doing a great job so my wife and I wrote him a note on the ticket and left him a 60% tip.Kudos to all the staff!
Best freaking vegan burger I've ever had made by someone else. Usually I cook my own vegan stuff at home. It's a busy day and I was starving. So glad I came. Staff and food are excellent. I recommend the blood orange margarita.

I normally order carry out today I had it door dashed. After a 1hr and 30min wait. I was told by the restaurant the bartender misread the ticket twice. Causing them to prolong the wait time for the delivery. After the long wait they sent me a burger wheat was completely dryer due to the wait. I see the cost of food out weighs the customer experience
