Stopped in, waited a few minutes watching workers walk by with absolutely no acknowledgement. 0 Eye contact. Not a good sign so headed down the street to Arby's where I was greeted with a smile.

My niece wanted her 6th birthday party at Wendy's. We were all shocked but granted her wish. We had a great time. Food was fast, hot, and good. Dining area was clean. Staff were awesome.

Went through the drive through got a salad and drink. It’s half a salad from any previous time I have gotten it. And half of it is wilting and browning.

Just spent $77.00, ordered 2 baconators, got just 1 and 1 double chz and asked they be bagged together as they were going elsewhere. All sandwiches were bagged together in one bag, along with chicken sandwich n single added, needless to say, bottom one smashed..1 salad ordered with ranch got Cesar dressing. Got zero napkins, zero none!

the place was a pigsty, seen a guy slip on the greasy floor, long wait for food, mgr. did not care one bit about the guy slipping, the fine print for the $1 breakfast sandwich clearly states 5 sandwiches per person, per transaction, pr day. yet when my wife went back to order more on her own card, the mgr. real snotty like said ''not allowed'' and ran and hid from her and had the boy worker come refill her drink when I went to the counter again. I told her about the pigsty the place was , and restroom was out of paper towels, she just was blowing it off. I guess this mgr. is why Wendy's is having trouble competing with other chains. OMG THOUGHT ID GIVE EM ANOTHER CHACE! UNREAL!! ORDERED 3 TRIPLES, SHE TOLD ME I DIDN'T ACTUALLY NEED 3 TRIPLES ! I TOLD HER (SAME MGR GIRL) IT DIDNT MATTER WHAT I NEEDED IN HER OPINION, SO SHE TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO PUT FROZEN FRIES ON ALL 3 BURGERS! AND CHARGED ME FOR THE FRIES I DIDNT ORDER !
