I haven’t ate my food yet. But Came straight to the reviews. One of the workers with a thick braided long hair, literally he’s the worst person ever took my order. Came to order around 7:30 PM he has such a bad attitude. I don’t think i will ever come to this place again because of this one worker.

Understaffed. Waited 45 min for food and watched bare food handled by ungloved employees in dirty personal clothes. Never going here again. All the food was cold when it was handed to me as well.

Until today I've never had a negative experience with Wingstop. I received half of my wing order. I called in to correct it and was asked what wings were missing. While answering the question I was cut off and told to just tell them when I got back to the store. I was told to bring all my food back, they didn't even look at it, so the other order was cold after driving it back and forth. While there I was told they remembered making the part of my order that was missing. I believe them, but I didn't end up with it. I made the mistake of not checking my food before leaving. After noticing food missing I noticed the receipt on the bag said bag said one of two. I was handed only one bag. All I wanted was to get the food I paid for. I left the second time with the food, but no appetite after basically being accused of trying to get free food. If they were going to make be bring all the food back they could have offered to at least remake the soggy cold fries. I wont be ordering from this location if I ever order from Wingstop again. Honestly the entire situation put me off. Please look at your cameras and check yourself.

This was my third time coming here and the third time I was shorted wings in my order. The first time it was just one for an order of 15 wings, ok maybe understandable. The second time it was 2 short for an order of 24 wings and this time I placed an order for a big party I ordered 75 wings and was shorted 8 wings total. This is horrible. Especially when I paid almost $100 for this. Terrible.

BY FAR THEEE BEST WING•STOP I HAVE BEEN TO!!!! I AM HERE FROM CLEVELAND AND I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT I AM WILLING TO TRAVEL TO THIS LOCATION. MISS TOYA’s SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE!!! I placed a order on August 15 through Uber eats the bottom of the bag was full of oil called the store to complain bag was still sealed when it arrived I spoke to Ryan. who did apologize after I told him wings were placed horizontally in the bag and all the sauce spilled out on the food by the way never received the large order of fries I paid for but now someone probably who packed the bag said they saw the Uber driver dropped the bag so they packed it wrong and charged me for items I did not receive told me to call Uber never again worst service ever I Hope someone sees this and reports this to management not just Ryan

Can't tell the difference between ranch and honey mustard and cant count either. Ordered 2 honey mustard. They sent 1 ranch. Called to confirm hey jad honey mustard and they did. No valid reason why they sent ranch.

Ordered wings and stuff last night, got home and had no fries, call and go back to norton from wadsworth to retrieve my fries really just a half hearted apology from them for my inconvenience no credit for my time wasted running back and forth twice!! But I have to say the wings were amazing even though I had to reheat them when I got home!!!!!

I got this location confused with the akron west market wing stop and had to fix my review. Today was the first time I ever been to this wing stop and I was very satisfied from the great wings that I had (from any wingstop that I been to) to the amazing customer service. The young man that gave me my order was wonderful he repeated my order before handing me it and was very nice. I haven't had that type of service at any other wingstop this is now my go to wingstop I was very satisfied
