We had Lillian A. As our server. She made sure to check on us, kept our drinks full, our food was hot and perfect when we got it. Plates were still cool, so we knew the food was not under the heat lamps. I know that some places are great depending on one part of the experience, i.e server, manger greet, host(ess), food. Today's experience was top notch by all involved.

It's been better then 5 years since I ate here... Same issue still e exist. Quality of food is no better then fast food. Food seems like it was heated in a microwave.... Servers also tend to have no pep in their step. Not surprised it wasn't even busy at lunch on a Sunday. Id rather wait the 30-45 mins elsewhere. Maybe in another 5 years they will change their ways it face the same outcome as Outback did for the same reasons.

Went last week w my son. Staff was great. Food was edible, I was starving . I never give reviews, but I'm making exception. The sirloin was bland, the broccoli was hard to swallow it was so drenched in salt?! and how do you mess up smashed potatoes? PUT SOME LOVE IN YOUR COOKING, QUIT, OR FIND A NEW CHEF! If this was my 1st trip to Applebees, it would be my last, but I've been going for years, so I'll give it one more try in Findlay, then it's a wrap, if it's the same. Sorry to be so harsh, but so was the food I tryed to swallow down and not waste my hard earned $ . And yes I still tipped good, it's not the lady servings fault . Greatness trickles from the top , but somehow skipped the kitchen.funny I wrote this years ago and never posted it. Just went back today. Now there's nine of us. The Alfredo, there was none. The broccoli wasn't cooked. Overall the food was well it was okay. Maddie our server was amazing. Give her a raise!!

I ordered an order to be delivered via Instacart and paid extra for an upgraded side with an order of ribs. I didn’t get that side. I called the restaurant and the first person who answered stated he would get a manager. I was on hold for about 4-5 minutes and then Sam came on the line. She was abrupt and asked me several questions. I said I would just like the refund for the upgraded side we didn’t receive. She then said they could do the refund but I’d have to contact Instacart to get it and hung up on me. She was not at all nice and never one time apologized for the mistake or even acknowledged there was a mistake made. I haven’t eaten here in at least a year and will not again. Very poor customer service and no accountability. I understand there are mistakes and I was not rude. I just wanted a refund for the upgraded side I didn’t receive.
Stopped in for a quick meal. Everything was well-prepared and swiftly delivered, and the staff was very friendly.

We've been to several Applebee's over the years and this one had to be one of the cleanest and best experiences we've had. Staff was great and friendly and the food was fresh and fast! Won-ton tacos are life! 😁
