Came in to try this out. Great atmosphere but the bathrooms are gross, no water pressure to wash hands. Got bibimbap-looked better than it tasted. Really bland. Husband got bulgogi- looked like they boiled the beef and onions and put it on a plate- no flavor. Feel bad about leaving this review but this is terrible for the prices.

Man, this hurts, because ~15-20 years ago this was our regular spot and it was fantastic, but we came back when visiting town, and what a fall from grace. We were the only ones there the entire time on a Saturday lunch, and they must not have expected anybody because the waitress had to call the chef in to work (who would later loudly berate the poor girl). The food... woof. The sushi was disgusting. The rice was clearly yesterday's (best case scenario), hard, and fermented-tasting. The nigiri fish was stale and off-smelling, with dull colors, and the maki rolls were a falling-apart mess. The teriyaki chicken was... not teriyaki chicken in any objective way. The fried rice was gummy. Even the water somehow tasted nasty as other reviewers pointed out. I don't know what happened but it makes me sad. I'm glad Japan West is still on top of its game.

Service was poor waited for over an hour for my meal. Rest of party had finished others in restaurant was getting their meal so I asked for check and was told my meal was finished but not brought out. Will not go in the restaurant again or recommend.

This is our go to place for sushi in Findlay. It’s fresh, delicious, and there’s a variety of choices. The whole staff greets us and our service has always been very good. Highly recommend Kani-Su as an appetizer.
Food was great. Slow service for being the only people in there. Great flavor and price was good.

An amazing spot for Sushi. It wasn't that busy when we got there. The wait was a little long, but that was our only complaint. The food tasted amazing, the presentations was adorable and we couldn't have been more happy. Can't wait to stop here again soon!

The water tasted awful implying mostly that they need to clean their ice machine so if your drink tastes funny thats probably why. The soup we ordered had a notable excessive sesame oil flavor. Other than that the service was pretty good and the food didn't take too long coming out.
