Was there after 7 am doors were locked. I had a coupon and they took my phone, said we dont accept it. Never tried scanning it. Then asked for a tip, i said no, drinks were terrible. One was hot water w some coffee. No flavor. Ordered a Butter Bear. I guess if you dont tip in findlay, they dont like it! I normally do tip, but since ihad already got out of my car to go in and doors were locked and she wasnt nice about the coupon, i didnt feel she deserved a tip! Wont be going to findlays biggby anymore!

We have been there twice in the last two weeks and both times we waited over 30 minutes . This time my drink was wrong , but I wasn’t going to bother the poor girl that was working . The staff that was working was friendly but overwhelmed. Terribly understaffed . Will keep going to the other location

My husband and I went inside to order, us being the only customers inside, a few in the drive thru. He got his drink and I was waiting on a bragel. Gets to be almost 10 minutes and no bragel, four people working and half of them are standing around or doing something unimportant. Literally forgot about the bragel. Absolutely ridiculous to have four people working and you can’t even get that right.

I love coming here!! I’ve been coming for the last two years almost daily. Between the lovely girls working the window to the delicious food/drinks I’m never disappointed. The only complaint I have is sometimes it takes awhile to get through the line but I am patient and willing to wait. My children also love coming here because the girls will make sure my kiddos have a drink they LOVE!! They really go above and beyond for our family.

This is like the worst coffee place like ever for a drive-thru. They filled our cappuccino to the brim (and some more) so when we opened the lids to add sugar they literally flooded our car. Zero sense of service. Coffee tasted like water anyway.
