Drinks, food and service was great. But the experience was ruined for me by the way the "gratuity' is tacked on. I'm on board with the tipping culture as I made a living that way for a number of years. But first, when it's automatically applied (for table of 6+) it's a service charge, not a gratuity. Again, not a huge issue, but lets call it what it is. It crosses the line though when the 20% forced gratuity is also applied to the tax, why on earth should I pay someones wages...read full review
My grands and I had a fabulous dinner last evening. Our server, Matthew, provided exceptional service. The appetizers and entrees were delicious. I had lobster risotto.
menu online is outdated as they didn't have half of what was listed. we based our decision on the listed menu and was disappointed with the actual options. was never told gratuity was automatic nor that there was a credit card processing fee. and the tip was added on after taxes and the processing fee totaling approx $25 of added cost to the total before tip. food was mediocre at best. came to take my dad for his 75th birthday and won't be back.
