STAY AWAY from this place. 3 pm on Saturday the waitress overwhelmed and only had 3 customers.was told by manager that we would have to wait for 10 minutes. Every time you come to this site it's the same thing you'll have to wait and they have a lot of empty tables. Manager needs to help out Suggest you go to the one on Tiffin avenue. Everything is 100% better. They should close the one on Trenton avenue and start over.

Whole place was empty , out of nowhere people started coming in and rather than spread people out they had everyone cramped together , it smelled like cat spray really bad , fish wasn't cooked, fries were over cooked , they forgot the Condiments, when I asked for them waited 15 minutes....nothing ended up going up to get them myself & was given attitude as if I was bothering them by asking for what should of already been delivered with my food .... whole experience was terrible. Paid 54 dollars to throw it all away 🙄😡.

I hadn't been to Bob Evans for many years. I was surprised to see that the vegetable soup changed. It has little tiny pieces of beef that you can barely see. I got 8 tiny pieces of beef. It didn't taste like it used to. I won't get it again. The service was very slow wasn't the waitress's fault it was the kitchen.
This is the second time that the service has been terrible. Today the food was even disappointing. The lemons were frozen, the potatoes, what there were of them, were cool and drying out as well as the turkey. The carrots were cold and we were not offered drink refills.

OCTOBER 11, 2025 - 3:25PM After 2 hr drive from Central OH arrived- only few cars in Lot..Walked in & greeted timely but then 'Hostess threw 2 Menus on our Table & left us ...no chance to Ask her to Clean the 'Filthy floor under table some looked to see if any other Tables/ Booths were Cleaned...Nope! Every single Booth in this Section Tables with Bread crumbs & under the Booths also...Looked around for Help 2nd Time - 5 Waitresses were sitting taking a Break? Drinking drinks...We left Politely...We live in Richland cty Ontario OH & NEVER in 25 yr gotten treated So Darn Bad 👎 😕

Ehh. Food ok at best. Bathroom had a pee smell so bad it would choke you. We won't be back to this location. Waitress was ok. But food was definitely not worth the price tag.

Horrible. - We arrived at 8:30 pm and were seated by a young lady who AFTER we had ordered drinks, announced she was 16 and had to leave by 9:02 so we did too. By then it was 20 til 9. We saw another table being served and asked her if we could pay her and stay and finish eating after 9:02. She said no, that her being underage was bound by a certain number of hours and she had to clean up our table before leaving. We asked about seeing her manager. She replied the entire staff was under age!! Sooo, having little choice by then, we said ok, make our order take-out. We left, went back to our hotel, which was certainly not the relaxing restaurant break we needed, and found the food to be poorly packaged and terrible. Biscuits hard as a rock. Noodles too, overall old and / or poorly prepared. We are great fans of Bob Evans, have traveled alot and been to many, and have never been disappointed until now. Corporate needs to know about this outlet because if one had never been to a normal, that is to say good, Bob Evans, they would never return to one... and if I could give No stars I would.
