Was seated by hostess, 15 minutes went by an noone came to take a drink or food order. After waiting a woman was seated right behind us and immediately her drink order was taken then a food order. We felt like we didn't exist so we left and came to cracker barrel.

My husband and I sat at our table for 32 minutes. The Mennonite woman said once I will be right with you.And she never came back. Awhile later a man came in and she greeted him, got him fresh coffee and took his order all the while we are still sitting here without even our drink order taken. This is not the first time this has happened either. She has done this to my mom and I as well.

I ordered curbside pickup. The food was ready at the scheduled time. I had requested colonial dressing for my side salad and did not receive it. Also requested 4 butters for my rolls and did not receive them either. The chili was lukewarm and lots of onions uncooked. I had given a tip online when ordering but will not be doing that again. I did call back to the restaurant after discovering the missing items, and was given an apology and said she would notify the manager. I think there should be a checklist for each order to ensure accuracy.

Bob Evans totally got our order wrong. I ask to talk to the manager. I was put on hold for 40 mins , no one ever came back to phone. My husband took the food back why i remained on hold . I was still on hold while he drove back across town and is still waiting on the right meals. This is not the first time they got it wrong.
Food was delicious. It was pretty quick. Waitress was busy but not very friendly. She made us feel uncomfortable. We won't be returning to this location.
