I ordered curbside pickup. The food was ready at the scheduled time. I had requested colonial dressing for my side salad and did not receive it. Also requested 4 butters for my rolls and did not receive them either. The chili was lukewarm and lots of onions uncooked. I had given a tip online when ordering but will not be doing that again. I did call back to the restaurant after discovering the missing items, and was given an apology and said she would notify the manager. I think...

Bob Evans don't get me wrong my last few times food warm coffee too I like my stuff hot. Service was good waitress always friendly we had. Busy but needs improvements on temp of items. Like to see more sweets avail too thought they'd have that but didnt. Kinda pricy so if I got pay I'd love hot food too. Wouldn't said nada but it's been few times same one now.

On Tuesday 11/14/23,a friend and I stopped in to eat. We both ordered the sausage gravy & biscuits. I could only eat part of it because the gravy had way to much salt in it. I used to love your sausage gravy but this turned me against it, needless to say, I'm disappointed.
