Check your food before you leave. I got home in Fostoria and order food was wrong, even though the order was right, the receipt was right. Called took my name and promised that I would be owed what I ordered next time in, but he didn't actually write anything down. Called to order and they no nothing about it. Spoke to a manager and a lot less words basically said I'm SOL. Check your food before you leave, they won't make it right after.

Very satisfying afternoon at Buffalo wild wings. My husband and I like to sit in booths ✔️wanted to watch the Packers play✔️ (they lost 😠 ) and have good service ✔️✔️ it wasn’t overly busy waitress was great and the food was good also.

My order placed through door dash was incomplete with 4 items missing but I was charged for all of them. If I wanted my items I had to drive to their store to pick them up. TERRIBLE customer service and wings were only mediocre. I would never order from there again.

The sauce on the wings is sad. There may have been enough sauce to cover 1 chunk. I wish i could add a picture. This visit was not a good experience. We won't be back to this location.

I will start by saying it was a busy lunch and only server and one bartender working. My problem is with the completely failed management. I watched Jeremy the general manager walking around and clearing a table here and there. He moved at a pace a turtle could move faster, and he had a look on his face like he would rather be anywhere than there. He didn't do one thing to try to help the customer experience. The kitchen manager wasnt much help either. The wings and burger we got were hot, however the sides were ice cold. Over all wont be back to such a poorly run establishment. I will add the general manager had his truck parked right in front of the door in the space marked for no parking to allow the handicap spots on each side to have room to get out of their vehicles.

Where do I start, the “Manager” Skylar was slamming glass carts into the kitchen, degrading employees in front of customers, I was one of 10 people in the restaurant and they “forgot” to make my food. I asked the bartender what happened, they just put their hands up and said they just have said screw it. The bartender did not ask if I would like for it too be made , I proceeded to the bathroom (please use caution touching the handle to the door been months since it’s been clean), I than witness the 2 line cooks and manager watching videos on the cell phone on the cooks line. So not only did I not receive my food with LITERALLY 6 guests in the building. I was not asked about or checked on just discounted and had to return home hungry. Thanks for the experience.

Normally great. Arrived after 9, they had cut their staff. Not usually a problem when they're dead. But this was a Friday high school FOOTBALL night. After the game, they got slammed. 2 servers, 1 bartender, short in kitchen. Manager had to jump in kitchen to help. We'll still come back...I'm sure manager learned a lesson.😉

Awful, took 12 minutes before any one took our order, then nearly 20 minutes for our food to come and the street taco's were cold I told her and she walked away!!! We spent 40$ food we couldn't eat, nachos were good... Tea good, but service tucked place only had 8 people at the time!!! She onto .49 cent tip!

Placed an order for takeout online with a predetermined pickup time. Had to wait 25 minutes past that time for it to be ready. I truly don't think they even started the order until we got there. Staff kept disappearing so couldn't even get an update on the status. Then when we got the order home, they had messed up several things and one thing was completely missing from the order. Not worth the trip back because I didn't feel we'd get better service the second time around either.

Our worst experience ever. We waited an hour and twenty minutes for our food, and it was cold. The second time we ordered, it wasn’t any better. We waited ten minutes to place a drink order and asked to speak to a manager, but she just stood there and didn’t come to talk to us at all.

We weren't impressed on our latest visit. First our server, Penny, was fantastic! She is very personable, however should not have to apologize for mistakes in the kitchen, or the bar. The food was OK, but not how it was ordered and some boneless chicken wings were very hard.

Waited about 5 minutes to get a table, got a table, waited exactly 10 minutes for any server to acknowledge us, and we saw every server go to a different table that wasnt ours before we decided to get up and leave.
