The manager at this Findlay ohuo Steve was Amazing he took very good care of us fixed our situation right away and took very good care of the restaurant and all the tables and the customers 😀 👍 He was great! Also we had a very nice and great waitress named Tristin she also did a great job 👍

It was a packed house but there was a playoff game on, and everyone was there to watch it. There were a lot of laughs and yells. The service was good. The food was good too. I will definitely be back.

My daughter's and I were out and about. We ended up getting food off the specials menu (2 for 16.99 I think it was and I got food to go home with. The server was pretty awesome. Had maybe 3 tables. She was always busy, which is good. Got our food and mine was good but my daughter struggled to eat a few pieces of hers. They were super done and tasted burnt. I got home with to go food and the food we boxed up there. I heated up mine that next day. Realized she forgot to ask if I wanted ranch or blue cheese (no biggie, just an observation). I would have preferred the bleu cheese. Oh well. I got mine out of the fridge. My boneless wings, which should have been super soft knowing they were reheated, were rock hard. I purposely leave them until the next day so they are soft. Means they were way over cooked. Then my marinera sauce was thicker than tomato paste. I get this meal to go all the time. I have never had this stuff wrong. I threw away the boneless bites off my box and the bone in wings my daughter had. I couldn't eat them. Super unhappy. Wasted a lot of money.

So don't come here if you're looking for a deal, they don't participate in the TV ad, 2 for $19.99... avoid if you're looking for a deal. This place is stupid expensive if you're not getting a lunch deal during the week. Other then that, good was okay. The meals seemed to be affected by shrinkflation as well. Smaller boneless wings with more breading and less fries. I will say they have the best bacon for a burger.

Disappointed with Consistent Mistakes We’ve been regular customers, ordering takeout from Buffalo Wild Wings in Findlay twice a week, but unfortunately, our experience has been consistently disappointing. Every single time we place an order, something is wrong—missing items, incorrect sauces, or completely wrong orders. It’s incredibly frustrating to check our order at home and find it messed up yet again.
We’ve given them the benefit of the doubt more times than we can count, but it’s clear there’s a lack of attention to detail. We hope management can address these issues because, as loyal customers, we’re at the point of reconsidering where we spend our money.

Wife seen add on TV for buy any 2 of 6 entries for $19.99. When we got there, waitresses said offer expired even though it was still listed on their web site, so we ordered anyway while waiting for our order, the $19.99 bww add appears on the TV.????? Spent $13.99 on a chicken sandwich and fries which I could have spent $2.00 at McDonald's for the same thing and portion. Won't be back!

Very rude people in the billing counter. They overcharged us for an online order. When I asked the lady who was in the billing area, she never apologized. She just issued a new receipt. No response even after making a complaint by email.
