We have come twice in the past month, both for our kids’ birthdays and sadly, both times were the same, disappointing experience. Our waitress was attentive and did her best. It was not only a long wait for food but then, our food was cold, boneless wings were overcooked and they attempted to just dump extra sauce on them. The kids chicken tenders were hard and dry to the point they were hard to even chew. The only positive is that the fried pickles and mozzarella sticks were hot and good.

Waitress was a flake. Wasn't busy and it took her forever to get us refills on drinks :/. She wasn't very attentive. I got French fries and they were ok but not really warm. I can't believe you charge 4 bucks for a glass of sweet tea!
The wings were old and cold. My wife sent hers back, and the new ones were fresher but still a bit dry. The server suggested I get my onion rings crispy, and they were very good. But you would think a wings place would make good wings? I'm not sure if i will be back.

Ordered pickup for midday. Barely any customers, only two cars in the lot. Somehow took 15 additional minutes and gave us boneless instead of traditional. How do you take 45 minutes and still get it wrong?! Customer service was laughable. General manager should be embarrassed.
