Food was cooked perfectly. Everything was hot and fresh and delicious. Credit to the person that made the food best I think I've had from there. But aside from that I would like to give the person who took my order credit also Cause they were so sweet, so nice and Had a good positive energy. Thank you Rebecca u deserve a raise.

Issues with the bk app, charged for my food but it didn’t show up on their end. They questioned if i ordered at the right store. I did. And told me they couldn’t make the food without the order on their side. I understand technology isn’t full proof but that rudeness and how they responded was not necessary. They weren’t busy and never are. Told me to contact the 800 number.

The lack of customer service and experience is shown at this store and I work in a restaurant. Employees always in arguments about someone cuz u can hear it through the window and when you ask for something 5 time and still put it wrong on the screen is ridiculous when you have zero customers at that time. Just want to get paid to be lazy and run away customers.

Employees at this store are lazy! Ordered rodeo burgers and these people put raw onions instead of onion rings on my burgers because they didnt want to cook more onion rings. Ridiculous. Never got my order fixed either, had to go through the app since the lady locked the drive through window as i was checking my food.
