Every time I come to this location, they always get something wrong whether that’s no cheese on a cheeseburger no sauces for all your items Or just half of your items missing. Honestly just depends on the day. Love, Burger King, but going to try to avoid this place in the future

Waited over 35 minutes for three bacon cheeseburgers and two sodas it was complete chaos from the time we walked in the door many more people were waiting then I watched the two shift supervisors one walking around doing absolutely nothing has the second one was in the kitchen leaving her station multiple times although the food was backed up and customers were all over the place by this time to drive through line was at least 15 deep when you walk into a fast food restaurant at lunch time that's exactly what you expect fast prompt service this was far from that I wasted my whole lunch break and didn't even get to eat my food Burger King you have to do better leadership at Burger King you have to do better

The teenagers behind the corner seemed more into joking with each other than taking care of the customers. We had to double check the order and were only missing 3 items.

Waited in drive through line with only one car ahead of me for over 10 minutes, pulled around to second window as directed. The car that was ahead of me in the Drive-Thru line was behind another car at the window waiting for food, I waited another 10 minutes. No movement from either of the cars in front of me. I left. This was between 8:00 and 8:30 p.m. on October 24th 2025

One of the slowest experiences I've had at Burger King. The restaurant was not too terribly busy but took 20 minutes to get food. I ordered french fries and chicken nuggets. Food was good. Wouldn't have ordered though if I knew it would have taken that long

There wasn’t anyone at the first drive thru window to take payments so naturally I pull up to the second window. About 25 secs pass by and the staff instruct me to go back to the first window to give payment. As in get out of my car at the drive thru, walk to the first window beside another car to pay and walk back to my car parked at the second window. Never in my entire life has this happened to me before and they acted like I was wrong for stopping at the first window, dark and unattended, and proceeding to the second window to pay and get my order. Last time I patron this location.
