Ordered though BK app. We do not control delivery! So when I called about missing items, I was told to call Door Dash. Um. No !! You picked DOOR Dash not me , they will have nothing to do with it. She told me come pick up missing item, NO I had it delivered for a reason. Besides y'all will be closing by the time I get there. I asked her name, after a long pause, was given a name I told her I thought was false. Then I was told oh we didn't do delivery and then it was I will put your name in the book, you have 30 days !!
Yeah , not sure we will ho to BK Tiffin Ave Findlay again. Have a great Holiday!

Unbelievable. Didn't get my order correct..After waiting in line for about a half hour with two cars in front of me for my sandwich they forgot. They asked at the window..You need something? So I got a hot whopper to go along with a bunch of cold shit. Done..The tiffin ave burger king has problems..Not the first time this happend to me..But it's the last.

We stated we had a coupon... She asked for what we told her, we gave her the coupon number. She then had to re-enter the information and ask us for the code again, but at that point the menu changed over to lunch and I could not use the coupon. Ended up paying $4 more than I had intended...

I did a social experiment this week and went through the drive through on 3 separate days ordering the same meal. Plain double bacon cheeseburger, medium onion ring, and a sprite. Managed to mess it up on all three occasions. I wish I could post piks in the reviews bc on 2 occasions not even close to what I ordered. And Barbara needs a serious attitude adjustment if shes going to be working in publick. I highly recommend going across town if you want a Whopper. 0 stars.

Food is good, but every time I go there they screw up my order in some way, and the drive through takes forever even on the simplest orders. Last time was insulted by drivethough attendant when she was the one that messed up my order forcing me to pay for my food again. Other then food, would give this place a 0 stars if I could.

NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO HERE! We just got home with our order and the sandwiches are wrong. I called and was spoke to very rudely by the manager..Last name Phoneix. She put the phone down and was yelling at the top of her lungs in the background about me wanting them replaced another time (she had told me I couldn't get them replaced another time) and then just hung up the phone. Now she won't answer and must've taken the phone off the hook. I will be reaching out to corporate and I suggest that Jasmine (I called the Trenton Ave store to find out who the main Mgr is for the Tiffin Ave store) checks the video! This experience deserves a zero star rating! I'm not sure what issues Miss. Phoneix was having today but they certainly are not the fault of me or my son. She needs to be reminded that it's the customers paying her salary! She either needs to be taken off for awhile to get some help or fired! How she acted today should have NO excuses when it comes to customer service! I know people from one of my 2 jobs that go here every week sometimes multiple times a week. I will let them know about this and suggest they go elsewhere!!

The store was operating perfectly fine. Everyone was performing their job.

Parking: The parking lot surface is starting to get rough, I wouldn't be surprised if it was repaved by spring. A couple of bumps rattled me and my ancestors. Just my opinion of course.
