Awful experience! You order only to wait forever. Then the food is cold or made wrong. We’ve given them multiple times to make it right but ugh it’s awful everytime.

Just came through the drive Thr and ordered that new dragon whopper. When I got it, it was ice cold. When I called to Complain. I got made fun of 4 being an Amazon delivery driver. Manager said he is not dealing with me. And hung up on me.

Saturday morning drive thru had cars 5 deep up and not moving, need better service and help. No cars in parking lot but 1, I’m sure it was the only employee working. I left because of the wait.

Their app gave me a valid deal, but they couldn't accept it and made excuses that it wasn't their fault. I left and went to their competition.

I go through the drive-thru and order two croissant breakfast sandwiches , two hash browns and two coffees with a coupon which NOW they can’t Exchange orange juice for coffee anymore?????
I get to the drive up window they take my money and give me my food and they tell me they had to brew more coffee and it will be 3 to 4 minutes until it’s done . So now my food is going to get cold while I wait . I told them to keep the freakin coffee because I’m not waiting while my food gets cold.
This is to the management. IF YOU CANNOT HAVE THE ITEMS READY AT THE SAME TIME SO THE FOOD DOESN’T GET COLD , IT’S PROBABLY TIME TO FIND ANOTHER JOB. Because it is clear this simple task is too much for you to handle.

Worst food I’ve ever eaten. Took almost 20 minutes to get my food while employees hung out on their phones. Food was ice cold and fries were still frozen. Everything was inedible. Will never eat here again. Do better BK.

Every time I order the original chicken sandwich no lettuce extra mayo, they put maybe a teaspoon of mayo on it. I've given them three chances thinking maybe a different cook, today asked the drive through person to make sure I had extra mayonnaise! Again terrible!!!! This time a teaspoon of mayo and to make it worse, it was cold!
I will NOT go back! 3 times crap!
Shame on you BUGER KING!
