I bought onion rings and chicken fries. I got honey mustard. She did not ask if I needed any for my onion rings. I did not think of it when I went back up to ask for it she told me I had to pay for it I told her I got the honey mustard for the chicken fries but I did not get any sauce for the onion rings and she said I had to order it when I ordered my meal. I heard someone ask her what was wrong and she said I asked for extra sauce. I wasn’t asking for extra sauce I was asking for the sauce for my onion rings.

Have you ever seen the movie idiocracy? If not, stream it and that's what this BK lounge was like. I was totally shocked. The workers moving like robots, totally oblivious of customers in the lobby. The kiosk was there as the lady just floated back and forth behind the counter. We had a coupon that the kiosk wouldn't accept. The lady behind the counter, well we had to get her attention as she was wearing her daily groove in to the floor, back and forth. We have a coupon, OH she said, I'll have to enter that in for you. Back to flip some fries and then she just stood there, totally forgetting about us. After 5 mins at a stand still as she starred in to the counter, we left. Never had any food or drink. Watch that movie 🎬 and you'll understand.

Just came through the drive Thr and ordered that new dragon whopper. When I got it, it was ice cold. When I called to Complain. I got made fun of 4 being an Amazon delivery driver. Manager said he is not dealing with me. And hung up on me.
