This BK is always slow, but this was a particularly terrible experience. 15 minutes to place order. Another 10 minutes to get to the window. After paying, another 10 minutes to get the food--after I honked my horn. No communication. No apologies. I asked why it takes 35 minutes to get: Three. Plain. Hamburgers. Rude BK lady yelled at me "calm down, we can only do so much with what we have in the store," then shoved the bag at me and slammed the window. Don't think I want to return.

Horrible service. My family and i have sat in the drive through for 45 minutes now and have had nothing happen but money be taken. Many people leaving the line left and right. 5 staff members just walking by the window again and again then just stand there with their backs to us. So rude and unprofessional. Can’t believe we’re still sitting here.

I love the Tiffin Ave Burger King - especially in the evening. The staff are always nice and usually funny. I appreciate that they communicate when they are training and/or when there is an issue. It's never a problem if I have to wait for something. Good work!

Horrible place to get food. We were waiting for 30 minutes after ordering, and all we saw was the guy making multiple meals, not once did he check in on us or anything, and in the end we didn’t even get our food.

I went inside for lunch, waited 20 minutes to get my food and then it was all ice cold. There were other people who were waiting for their food also and a lady with kids waited at least 30 minutes for her food and then her order was wrong. What a joke of a

The food was not bad, but I was stuck in the drive-thru line for over 35 minutes. I had ordered online and couldn't just leave, unfortunately. I did watch probably 12 cars leave the line due to the long wait. So, while it wasn't bad food, it wasn't worth a 35-minute wait in the drive thru.

Just an awful experience. Thought I'd try BK after going a year without eating here due to the service. Well, they haven't changed. Sat in line for nearly 40 minutes. I mean it's an absolute joke. I don't understand how they're still open. There's no excuse for it and franchise or not corporate needs to step in to at least attempt and save the value of the name.
