The only thing was that we didn't care for was the sauce that comes free with the chips. Well the chips were a bit diff too but thicker then most but better then the sauce it tasted like pizza sauce.Plus peppers were ordered to be on side instead they put throughout the food which was overload of to much heat...Only complaints and was our 1st time ever there.

I've been a patron of Cancun for a while. I will say the quality has gone down hill recently, especially with the experience that I had last night. Food is usually good, however, the salsa on the other hand, tasted like "crushed tomatoes." Some other reviews have stated that, and I agree. My party asked for a hotter salsa to mix with the mild, and it definitely helped. Finally had some flavor.HOWEVER, the service, frankly SUCKED, and I will elaborate. Our waiter was not really attentive, never asked for refills, didn't check on us a whole lot, we had to ask for more chips and salsa. The usual. Lastly, this is the best part. I ordered one of the specials last night. Dish was good, but when I get my bill, I see that the line item (how the entree is listed on the receipt) is still full price. I let the waiter know. I said "wasn't this dish on special tonight?" His says "uh yeah" and takes my bill to reprint it. As he walks around the back of our table, I hear him swearing about me in Spanish. NEWSFLASH, I've been studying Spanish for a good while now, and that is not a good practice to get into, if you want to keep patrons coming to your business. Probably won't be back.
